Nice hotel.... Just a little tatty and frayed around the edges now. Little things let this hotel down. Frayed lamp shades .... Stained and worn carpets .... Broken taps in bathroom .... Shower head not working properly due to lime scale. Breakfast was disappointing. Took an age to get a cup of tea and coffee brought over and had to... More

I'd read some negative reviews of this hotel so was somewhat cautious before I stayed here. However, there were no issues. Check in was friendly and efficient, location is fantastic (we arrived at nearby New Street) and our room on 11th floor was fantastic. It was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Nice bathroom with very high quality toiletries (verveine,... More

We stayed for one night the weekend of 27th October, we had 3 Business Class rooms booked for one night at a cost of over £500. Check in was fast, efficient and friendly, it went down hill from here. We were allocated room 1617, a business class room on the 16th Floor at a cost of £189. Rooms were decently... More

The fans outside my room on the 11 th floor are so noisy. They turn on and off all night long. So loud can feel them vibrating in the bed. Even with earplugs impossible to sleep. Very poor sound conditioning for a quality hotel!

The good: reception efficient and speedy, asked for high floor having seen previous reviews and got one, easy to sleep as road noise was minimal. Room well furnished, bed comfy. Did not use restaurant so can't comment on that. The bad: room service food is strange. I asked for a pizza and got told 'we don't have any of those... More

This is a great hotel in a perfect location within walking distance of shops restaurants and bars. We were allocated Room 1621 which is a corner Business room with fantastic views over the city and in my opinion well worth the extra to upgrade. Fabulous location for train station, shopping and the O2 academy. Really nice (but not spectacular) clean rooms. Might be noisy if you're not really high up. Breakfast lovely.pricey but not hugely so for its location.

Stayed here back in Feb and returned for a weekend away. Had one of the best rooms (17th Floor room 1721) Nothing was to much trouble for the staff and made the stay so very enjoyable. prices in the bar were reasonable and the attitude of the staff is what made it stand out as a great place to stay.... We have stayed in Radisson Blu before, a number of years ago and really enjoyed the experience then. We have also stayed in a different Radisson, at Manchester airport recently and it was worn, poorly serviced and the staff were ill mannered. We hoped our return to Radisson Blu mirrored our first visit and not the more recent visit. We... More
