I have visited this hotel twice in November. First time i stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned inbetween. This is in my view a major cockup. Even after pointing it out it was stil not done in the time that was promised. In fact it was done at all! Second vist did not provide the room upgrade promised... more

Radisson Blu as it is now called, the SAS part of the brand has gone. This building is striking to look at from the outside. Tall and thin. I was on the 16th floor which is 2 from the top and the views are amazing - well of Birmingham in the grey weather which is not too great, but better... more

Room was comfortable, bit dissapointed with the restaurant, if you are not a fan of Italian Food then give it a miss, the Room was clean, the bathroom a decent size for one person, I will stay there again for work, but will not be eating. more

I got a £79 a night rate linked to an event. There was a line at check in but I was finished in just over five minutes. The room had everything you could need and the hotel was an easy walk from the station. I opted for Express Check Out on being told that my bill would be pushed under... more

Stayed here for event was running in conference rooms - very helpful staff and great overall. I got upgraded to a large business class room - have stayed before in normal rooms and very good. Had corner room with huge bed and great in-room facilities. The hotel has floor to ceiling windows, albeit views across the inner ring road! The... more

Hotel is situated on a corner, with limited drop off parking. No one to help with heavy luggage, either to get it out of car or to put it in car. Room on 18th floor. View interesting, due to the floor but view was not of any part of Birmingham that could be called attractive.Handy NCP carpark at rear of... more

had a 1 night stay here, the reception staff were nice, i asked for a high up room and got one quite high up, the view was non existant, just looked over a lot of dirty rooftops. the staff in general are good. the big let down was the prices, they are nothing short of exhorbitant. the resturant is one... more

The Radisson Birmingham OUGHT to be an excellent hotel. It is a great building and the rooms are big and light and most have lovely views of the south of Birmingham. It is in a superb location just a couple of minutes walk from New Street Station and within easy walking distance of the Bull Ring and many of Birmingham’s... more

Very smart hotel, as are most SASs. Impressive building. Super-efficient check-in staff. Everything as it should be. Bar & restaurant impressively expensive! Breakfast really nice, staff attentive. The only drawback that I've found is that if you're scared of heights, the floor to ceiling windows are terrifying! more

Managed to get a weekend deal which was excellent at £55 per night. The hotel is well located just five minutes walk from New Street Station and the Bullring shopping centre. Check-in staff very friendly and welcoming. Room good size, free wifi (excellent), although slightly limited choice of TV channels. Bed comfortable - may be on the soft size for... more
