Booked it through laterooms so only cost £44 for the night. As per other reviewer if I had paid the ROOM RATE wouldn't be happy but the area it is in would not hold a 4 or 5 star hotel so the rooms are going to be cheaper. Lots of Brown gloss and Magnolia. could smell the fresh paint. OK...

The staff were super accommodating and friendly and made our wedding night go really smoothly.
Breakfast was buffet...

I decided to make a last minute booking for this hotel - it seemed reasonably priced for a twin room and I paid the room only rate which was similar to the near by ETAP. The first problem was the positioning of the hotel - I walked from New Street Station and after getting lost it took me an hour....

I stayed in a single room as I was travelling to Birmingham on business. The room was very cosy and warm and was well worth the price. I would definately recommend this Hotel for...

Stayed here for a weekend on 20 January 2012. Did not expect the Ritz as we took up an offer advertised online. Outside looked ok and reception and lounge areas all good. Once we got out of the lift however, on the 3rd floor, I expected to see Jack Nicholson and the twins at the bottom of the ENDLESS corridor....
