We stayed here on our way to visiting family in Ross-On-Wye, as I had a work meeting in Birmingham, so decided to link the two. The first thing to say about the hotel is that it's very family-orientated, so it wouldn't have been my choice if I was travelling alone. That said, it was perfect for what we were looking... More

The hotel was in a quite location about 10 minutes from New Street Station within a few minutes walk are the NIA and Sealife Centre. The bedroom was quite large with a nice en-suite bathroom and a very comfortable bed the hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and the continental breakfast was satisfactory.

Stayed here on a night out with my hubby as it was cheaper than getting a taxi home! Great location, parked outside for 70p per hour ( max stay 4 hours but free from 6pm-8am). Efficient & friendly check in, room on top floor so very quiet. Great room, everything you need and made for a perfect city centre stop... More

Stayed for three nights in august 2014 at £33/night incl. breakfast which is quite good. Hotel looks quite new and modern and is located in a quiet area just outside the central area of the city. Approx 15 min walk from New Street station. Room was a double with convertible sofa-bed, chair, desk and flat-screen tv with lots of channels.... More

It was not upto the mark where I can boast of better hospitality as of IBIS Bordesley, Birmingham. Being in superior grade to IBIS RED, Style meant to be in better as per price, services. But I was surprised to find worst hospitality in all my 3 different IBIS hotels in last 6 months. Staff were OK in communication but... More

When I arrived, I was greeted by a really friendly receptionist who was so genuine and jolly. Very welcoming after a long train journey. The room was well equipped, clean and comfy and the bed was amazing. There was also a mini Crunchie bar on the pillow which was a lovely surprise. A couple of points to rectify would be... More

Firstly I will start by saying that the hotel is better than the two star rating I am giving it, and if you have booked as a business trip, or just for two people, it is absolutely fine. The reason for my low mark is we booked a family room. My definition of a family room clearly differs somewhat from... More
