Stayed before at this premier inn. Lovely staff, hotel is nice and welcoming. I have previously stayed at a new build premier inn so this hotel needed a little updating but nothing major!! Plenty of parking spaces with security barriers and CCTV around hotel and car park. The bar and restaurant area is small, lovely and cozy. TV and fruit... More

Went to a concert at the O2 Birmingham. Stayed at the Premier Inn, B'ham East. Good room, good value, super friendly welcome and great check-in. Breakfast was a choice of cereals, hot food with toast if required and fruit, which provided a great start to the day. Would recommend.

I have stayed in 10 Premier Inns across the Midlands this year and was looking forward to this visit to North Birmingham. Navigating my way to this hotel in rush hour traffic after dark was not easy. The approach to the hotel is a slip road off a flyover and it wasn't easy to spot. Reception staff were approachable and... More

Beds were pure bliss as you expect from premier inns , lovely comfy mattresses with snuggly duvet & a choice of pillows . Unfortunately there was no shower gel in the dispenser which I only discovered whilst being in the shower. We also misplaced our car keys havin thought we had left them in the bar we asked in reception... More

Plenty of parking then a £7 or £8 taxi ride to the centre (or a half hour walk via the canal). The staff were excellent; friendly and helpful. The room was very good. The bathroom was functional. I struggled with the hot tap until I realised it actually turned the opposite way to the cold tap! Breakfast was good but... More

We stopped at this hotel for 2 nights whilst meeting up with family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant service was a little slow at breakfast but unlike larger premier inns your breakfast is cooked to order so was worth the wait. I have marked this hotel down to 3 because inexplicably the group management removed telephones... More

We booked in, when my daughter tried to book in, the were given our room number, tried to explain that this was our room and we had already checked in. They were... More

This is the first Premier Inn I have stayed within, chosen due to business and beyond my control. My expectations were not high upon arrival and I anticipated "basic", clean no frills with the well advertised comfy bed. Hotel well situated upon the perimeter of the city with a 10 min taxi ride away from the main station and bull... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my best friend to attend the BBC Good Food Show. Found it easily (via sat nav) check in was fast & the receptionist was nice. Parking was also free. We didn't arrive until 8.30pm so we were pretty hungry after a long journey (thanks to a broken down lorry on the M1) Restaurant was really... More
