If you are planning on staying here to get to Thomas Land all you really need to know is it is half an hour away...but if that's fine for you stay at this hotel. Black out curtains are a blessing when you have children and I had to pull my children (age 5&6) and husband out of bed at 8.45.... More

Both myself and my family had a great night at the Premier inn in Birmingham. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great deal for an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were polite. I would go back.

As a regular guest at Premier Inn (in various locations) this is the first time I have been disappointed with my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful but all in all the attention to detail spoiled the stay - no phone in room to phone reception (as a single female traveller I find this important). The heating/air con is very... More

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and as always everything was just right. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent nights sleep! Couldn't ask for more. I visit Birmingham several times a year and will always pick this hotel to stay in.

Stayed one night in room 203. There is little I can say, it is the usual Premier Inn facilities. Had the meal package, the evening meal and breakfast were up to the usual standard. At £39 for the room in central Birmingham it is a bargain

Stayed for one night this past weekend and we had a lovely time. The check in and check out was really quick and the staff were very helpful getting us extra pillows really quickly. The food in the restaurant was lovely but they didn't have any gluten free options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but they need to invest in... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was very impressed with the staff, especially the waitresses. Katie and Gillian were fun, helpful and extremely friendly. I've previously stayed in numerous Premier Inns but this was far the most friendliest one ever. The hotel was nice and quiet, would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here for one night with work. Hotel as expected good standard. Restaurant for dinner was just ok. Avoid coleslaw not sure what it was but tasted awful. As a result was not expecting much for breakfast but was better than most premier inns. Costa Coffee machine self service. What more do you want.

Recently stayed at this Premier Inn while at work with a few colleagues. The hotel is good and friendly staff. I guess the room I stayed was recently refurbished as it looked and smelled new, also was immaculate. Quiet and comfy room. Great night sleep. On using the Thyme restaurant located just off reception, we ordered starters and main meals.... More
