Nice hotel in a fantastic central Birmingham location. Friendly welcoming staff and good quality restaurant. Only downside was a lack of hot water in the shower. Unfortunately I had insufficient time to raise this as I checked out.

Asked for a quiet room and was place on the middle of the corridor but at least not near lift! The best thing about this Premier Inn is that the staff really care about their work and were genuinely friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast was excellent, especially loads of fresh and dried fruit and yoghurt along with the usual croissants and full english.
