4 of us stayed here Friday 23 Jan. Check in was quick, staff good, rooms really nice. Very modern and would stay again. Probably like a lot of city centre hotels they do not know the meaning of value for money when it comes to food and drink. I think £10 for a cheese sandwich is too much. And £3.50... More

Really fantastic stay and fantastic staff. Hotel was lovely and my fiancé was very happy with it being a "technology" hotel. The staff couldn't do more to help us they were fantastic. Only down side is the bar was very expensive, and the free wifi was abit slow.

I stayed here last night with my boyfriend and I must say it was perfect! We stayed at the Malmaison a while back and this hotel blows that one out of the water completely! And for the same price there I got an upgraded room and breakfast as what a standard room would of cost me at the Mal. I... More

The hotel is superb, and all the staff were great. Good location for shopping. The rooms are as modern as I have encountered with some superb electronics not normally available in similar city centre locations. Food in restaurant was excellent.

I cannot fault this hotel from the moment we stepped into the reception area to the moment we left, it was a fantastic experience. Dining is an absolute pleasure the food was of an extremely high standard for both dinner and breakfast and the ambience in the bar area was perfect. The high tech room had everything required for a... More

I had a brief business stay here and appreciated lots of nice touches like the monsoon shower, the hairdryer presented in its own bag (and it being powerful enough to be of use), free wifi, plugs and ports of every possible kind.... and completely over the top lighting options. Sadly I arrived too late to use the £20 dinner voucher... More

This is a sumptuous, luxury hotel with a beautiful lobby area and lovely rooms !... However we did experience extremely poor service when we took afternoon tea on tuesday 20th of jan at 2 o clock... The manager may need to take nite of which waitress was on duty at that time ... We ordered earl grey and were brought... More

I stayed at this hotel on business. I booked it based on the reviews and the website. I was upgraded to an Executive room which was nice. Generally I found the decor a bit cold and the lobby area isn't that welcoming. Also the position of the hotel is a little bleak being right on a busy road. The reception... More

I stayed here for 1 night with my 3 friends - when we booked in we was asked "How many" to which we said 4. We was put into a double bed bedroom and was happy to share the bed... We got ready and went out for an event (leaving all our stuff in the room of course) when arrived... More
