Lovely hotel. Attentive staff. Food superb and breakfast a must. Parking could be better but apart from that I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. Comfy beds and roomy showers. Went there on a Facebook deal which was excellent value.

I stayed here with my boyfriend at the weekend. The hotel exceeded our expectations to say the least. We were taken back by how efficient and professional the reception staff were throughout the whole stay and that's not usually something we would probably ever notice being a young couple. We upgraded to an executive room which was fantastic. The photos... More

There is no doubting this hotel is lovely. We had Executive Rooms, which were fab, and with the kids, were adjoining, so good stuff there. The young lady on reception was exceptional, really happy, welcoming and still had a smile when we left this morning. We were staying there, as my daughter was getting married and it was convenient to... More

This is a very big City centre hotel with all mod cons. It's had a lot of money spent on it and was a great base for shopping in Birmingham. Only a couple of hundred yards from the train station it's ideally located. The room was very nice. Clean with a comfy bed and very intelligently designed. The breakfast was... More

Spent 3 nights at La Tour recently. The decor..the rooms...and whole ambience of the hotel was lovely. Real quality. Staff were attentive and always smiling. A joy to see as one who has worked in the industry. The only flaw was the food. It was not bad at all! It was not great either. I would give it 2 stars.... More

Had an enjoyable 2 nights stay and emailed the hotel prior to our arrival to ask for early check in and we did get it. The room we had was modern and slick and it was clean and very good for the price. We did ask for some extra towels and they were sent to the room within a few... More

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a short break in Birmingham. The location couldn't have been better - so convenient for the city centre, the Bullring markets and Moor Street Station. Despite our bedroom being located on the side of the hotel with a busy road outside, there was virtually no traffic noise audible inside. Likewise, sound proofing... More

Spent last night at hotel la tour and it was fantastic. We arrived at 11am expecting to just leave our bags as check in wasn't until 3, but the room was ready. Room on the small side but lovely contemporary design with a big TV, modern bathroom and absolutely spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful, great service all round, we... More

I attended a conference here in August and stayed over too. The hotel was spotless, the facilities first class and my room was amazing. The food was good, if a little pricey (£13.50 for a burger!) but it is central Birmingham. My favourite part about the whole hotel though was the service. The staff were excellent, especially Salah who helped... More
