We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Malmaison Birmingham, the room was more than perfect, the staff were a little cold on reception, the bar was extremely packed on a saturday night so we weren't able to have a drink before dinner but that didn't spoil our stay. What a lovely hotel, everything about it was amazing! We were 3 friends staying in a family room, which had a kingsize bed and a double bed, this worked out as £50 each, really good value. The breakfast was wonderful, the hotel staff friendly. Would recommend. more
