On the plus side this Travelodge is perfectly situated in the centre of Birmingham, right next door to the Bullring and across from Moor Street railway station. The staff were all excellent and the room spotless and fresh looking. The parking at the NCP car park around the corner was easy and cheap at five pounds something for 24 hrs... More

Stayed here for one night with friends in two rooms. Check in ok, however heat in both rooms was stifling, asked for fans which helped a little. Room was basic but clean, however, despite being on the 6th floor the noise during the night was horrendous, particularly around 3am. I appreciate at £35 per room this is the low end... More

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival I had to pay extra to check in early, which would have Been ok if the room was ready. There was no towels in the room, as I left for the day I requested some be put in the room only to return that night to... More

I wrote a review for this hotel as soon as I got home. A very positive one, because, frankly, unlike a number of people who had stayed before me, I was very happy with the hotel. Likewise the Travelodge at the Bullring, however I did think this hotel was in a better location and nicer (no plastic under the fitted... More

I have been staying here on and off a lot recently for work and the hotel has not let me down. Near shops and station. The only thing I would recommend that they alter is installing air con. Very friendly staff

This Travelodge has no air conditioning and the noise level from outside is so bad even with the windows closed. Would not recommend for this reason. On a good note the hotel was clean and very nice staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights Sun and Mon. Greeted by lovely receptionist who chatted to us and made us feel welcome from the start. Every tine we came or went every staff member was lovely. Room spotless and we had a good view stretching as far as a football ground according to hubby. No cafe/ bar but a tesco next... More

We stayed here for two nights (Sunday & Monday, total £74 for two of us) in June while visiting the Aegon Tennis at Edgbaston. It is easy to find a taxi near this Travelodge as Moor St Station is just across the road, and most bus routes also pass close by. The Bull Ring Shopping Centre is 5 minutes' walk... More

Moor street travelodge has been refitted recenty, and the bed is a lot better than the old travel lodge beds. Check in was quick. Room does not have air conditioning, windows are limited so fresh was also not freely available.
