We stayed at this Travelodge for a trade show at NEC. Great central location and the 6th floor has a fantastic view over Moor street Railway station. Very close to China town and next to Bullring. Single beds were lumpy and sheets were horrid. Clean cotton covered duvets and pillows. Sam on reception was fantastic - very helpful and extremely... More

Very friendly staff. Offered to ring around restaurants to find us a table on Valentine's day. The room was small but very accommodating. Very comfortable bed. A tad noisy outside but overall enjoyable stay

It was very quiet up on the top floor and enough room for the 3 of us to move around the room. We all slept well. The staff are very helpful and obviously used to giving directions for guests. Have stayed at the other Travelodge near The Bullring and enjoyed the buffet breakfast there. This is more D.I.Y. with a... More

Took forever to find this hotel, it's a little tucked away if you approach from the wrong direction. Overall room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed. Unfortunately inbetween going out and returning to my room the light fixture ended up in the middle of the floor. I imagine it must have been the guests upstairs jumping about yet... More

Room clean and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room one of the worst soundproofed I have ever stayed in. Birmingham being a lovely clean city meant I was awoken at 4.40 by bin lorry and then again at 5.30 by what sounded like the Avengers assembling outside but turned out to be street cleaning. Honestly sounded like they were... More

Very well-located hotel in the centre of Birmingham. 100 metres from Moor Street station and under 10 minutes walk from New Street. Easy access to Bullring, Hippodrome, and other City Centre attractions. Room was clean, comfortable bed and very good, powerful shower. Didn't have much to do with the staff so no detailed comments to make, however those on the... More

Stayed one night. The hotel was very well situated in the middle of town, a short walk from the Bullring and train stations. The room was very clean. It would perhaps have been on the small side for a longer stay, as there wasn't much room to put bags etc, but for one night it was perfect. Bed was comfy,... More

Me and my partner stayed here as we were going to the NIA. It's literally over the road from moor street station or 10 minutes walk from new street station. We were very impressed with the location - slap bang in the middle of the town centre. The hotel itself looked recently refurbished. The room was great, clean and fresh... More
