Me and my partner stayed here as we were going to the NIA. It's literally over the road from moor street station or 10 minutes walk from new street station. We were very impressed with the location - slap bang in the middle of the town centre. The hotel itself looked recently refurbished. The room was great, clean and fresh... More

Ok, it was a room for a night and cost less than £50. That's the good bit. Several of the rooms on the corridor where we stayed were occupied by teenagers who had clearly never spent a night in a hotel before and thought it he most exciting event of their lives. They spent half the night running up and... More

Me and my girlfriend just stayed for 3 nights from New Years Eve. We have stayed at a few different Travelodge hotels before, and have to say that this particular hotel was about as nice as you'll get with a Travelodge - it's one of the modern ones so it's generally very clean and the bathroom and bedroom areas are... Me and my partner booked this hotel in October for NYE and at the time it cost us about £60 which was very reasonable. The location was very central and the hotel was as good as you get with a travelodge. Just a bit noisey when we got in but what else can you expect on New Years Eve

Okay so the fire alarm went off at mid-night and I was standing outside the hotel in my rather fetching Snow White PJs until 2.30am but before all that excitement here’s the review of the hotel… It’s a perfect location for the Bullring and (at this time of year) the beautiful Christmas market, unlike Broad Street Travelodge , this one... We stayed here over the weekend for the Christmas Markets. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 12:00am and we had to be evacuated we were left outside for an hour before staff decided to transfer us to Birmingham Bullring Travelodge as the alarm was not turning off/there was... We needed an inexpensive, comfortable room in the centre of Birmingham to get to a meeting for 9.30. I booked two rooms which were lovely and clean, quiet and a decent size. Everything we needed. Brill
