Best review is a comfortable night stay, warm and cosy. Considerate, kind and efficient staff, would stay here again. The room was very clean and warm. Good location very near Moor St and New Street railway station.

I was on a two-day course in Birmingham and wanted good, cheap overnight accommodation in the city centre, This was exactly what I got at Travelodge. The staff were very helpful, especially when it emerged that I had mistakenly booked for January instead of February! The room was clean, the shower was powerful, the towels large and thick and the... More

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Bull Ring and New Street so great for shopping. The NIA and Broad Street are a 15 minute walk away, so all in all a good location. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable. A great stay

Stayed here for one weekday night. It was easy to get to and has great access to pretty much everything you need. There is a Tesco next door and various other shops surrounding it, including a McDonalds. The Bullring is a 2 minute walk. Location could not be better. The rooms are clean and quite small but enough room for... More

Only staying over for a gig in Birmingham for one night, we found staff, room and all local amenities excellent. Room was clean, comfortable, just the right temperature too :). Staff were all very helpful, taxi numbers, knowledge of local eating places....BIG THANK YOU for making our stay enjoyable

In brief, this hotel is in a good location with easy access to the train stations, Bullring shopping centre and the nightlife of Birmingham. All members of staff I met were friendly and helpful, especially Susan allowing me to leave my bag before checking in - this is appreciated and little touches like this make the difference in Travelodges. (I've... More

I stayed here wednesday & thursday of last week, a little apprehensive given I was travelling on my own for the first time in a while. On arrival, the staff front of house were friendly & welcoming & by the time I reached my room (2nd floor) I felt totally at ease. The room was very clean & quiet. The... More

Hotel was very noisey with other guests - banging and shouting on someone's door at 4am was not great. The door handle on our Bathroom door was also broken & no music available on the to. Staff were nice though and we were able to leave our luggage there as we were too early for check in

Stayed here on business for two nights on Thursday 27th and Friday 29th of January 2016 in Room 607. It is only a short walk to Birmingham New Street station and central Birmingham shopping amenities. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

On arrival we were a bit dubious due to the local dossers lurking around the hotel as I parked my company car whilst we checked in. So concerned was I that two of our party were tasked with guard detail whilst the other two checked in. We then went in search of the entrance to the nearby car park, with... More
