Top location near train and coach station. Very clean and sufficiently big double room. Friendly and funny people at reception. The price is a bargain. When you get to the room for the first time you may need to wait a few seconds before the key is activated. The next option to store your luggage after check out is unfortunately... More

You get what you pay for so travelodge rooms are basic. However ours was immaculate and had a very comfortable bed. The en-suite was excellent. This hotel is only a hundred yards from Snow hill station and the shops. Very good value.

Got to the hotel on the sunday at around 3 o'clock, checked into the hotel and went up to the room expecting to be able to walk straight in. found out that the receptionist had mistakenly given us the wrong room. There was no problem with this at all for us, but the lovely receptionist offered us two free breakfast's!... More

Next to loads of bus stops which run through the night, boiling hot; we asked for a fan & hairdryer but nothing appeared. Would have gone home if we didn't have to attend a wedding the next day. Awful

On the plus side this Travelodge is perfectly situated in the centre of Birmingham, right next door to the Bullring and across from Moor Street railway station. The staff were all excellent and the room spotless and fresh looking. The parking at the NCP car park around the corner was easy and cheap at five pounds something for 24 hrs... More

Stayed here for one night with friends in two rooms. Check in ok, however heat in both rooms was stifling, asked for fans which helped a little. Room was basic but clean, however, despite being on the 6th floor the noise during the night was horrendous, particularly around 3am. I appreciate at £35 per room this is the low end... More

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival I had to pay extra to check in early, which would have Been ok if the room was ready. There was no towels in the room, as I left for the day I requested some be put in the room only to return that night to... More

I wrote a review for this hotel as soon as I got home. A very positive one, because, frankly, unlike a number of people who had stayed before me, I was very happy with the hotel. Likewise the Travelodge at the Bullring, however I did think this hotel was in a better location and nicer (no plastic under the fitted... More

I have been staying here on and off a lot recently for work and the hotel has not let me down. Near shops and station. The only thing I would recommend that they alter is installing air con. Very friendly staff
