Once you actually manage to find the place if you have come through the mailbox car park it's a short walk through the shopping centre to the reception at the Indigo Hotel. It's a modern building with modern carpets, lifts and friendly staff. We stayed in room 2312. It might be important to know this if you want to enjoy... More

Stayed one night for business meeting.comfortable room clean and new.no more or less then what you expect from such hotel. Nice roof restaurant and view.however not suitable for business meeting room on top no blinders and no facility for presentation. On that aspect disappointing.business lunch was great

My husband booked a surprise night away for us at Hotel Indigo in Birmingham, & I have to say I loved it. Reception staff on check in were friendly & helpful, giving us plenty of information regarding the facilities in the hotel & the floors they were located on, plus an upgraded bedroom due to my husbands IHG membership status... Just returned from this hotel and myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay and have very few qualms and mostly good things to say and would really recommend you give it a try. All the staff were really helpful, polite and informative during our stay from reception to the security guy we met in the lift. We had booked... More

A pleasant hotel and helpful staff, the views from the restaurant over B'Ham are amazing. My only gripe was that our 'Executive King Room', was smaller than a Travelodge, and there was no bath, or 'floor to ceiling windows'. Although clean the room was underwhelming

The hotel is lovely the rooms are clean and perfected! We were on the 24th floor and it was amazing, the view couldn't of been better! Only 2 disappointments, 1. We didn't have a bath in our room, we were expecting one and 2. They obviously clean the bar and Resturant between 12 and 3am the bar was above our... More

Great hotel, great location and fantastic views. Being in the hotel business I travel a lot and stay regularly at IHG hotels such as Indigo. This is one of the better Indogo's. Pleasant staff, great gym/spa facilities and a roof terrace with MPW restaurant. Last Indigo roof terrace I visited was in Rome - they had 31 degrees - which... More

This is a bit of a delayed review but I stayed in Birmingham at the weekend and staying in a different hotel made me realise how bad my experience was at hotel indigo. Situated in the heart of the city with easy access, this hotel is situated with three floors of rooms and restaurant and bar at level 25.
