Good points - great location, and lovely views. Breakfast was great with a great seat overlooking the city. Gym and pool pretty good. Weaker points - rooms average size and quality. Beds too soft for us. No car park, so you need to use the Mailbox at £19 per day, and drag your bags all the way to the hotel.... More

This is a lovely shiny new hotel a short (if Birmingham-norm of confusing) walk from the main station. The hotel is the 24th and 25th floors of this truly unique and half ugly and half interesting building. The view is really something. Huge glass windows added to the feeling of light and space in my exceptionally clean room. I was... More

Best location in Birmingham, and with the Marco Pierre White restaurant & bar in the building should be classy. Bit more budget than class, and the rooms have seen better days. OK as a base, but not luxury. We stayed in one of the top rooms and it was all just a bit tired.

Stayed on boxing day and was unhappy with a few elements of the service upon check in. Emailed customer service and have heard nothing in response. The hotel room, the hotel itself and the restaurant are all lovely, but without customer service to match, it doesn't come up to scratch as a whole package. So it would have been a... More

A designer hotel with a great restaurant - Super breakfasts! Top floor bar and Marco Pierre White Restaurant has great food and amazing views. There is also a Champagne Bar Rooms are rather cold and a bit minimalist but many people like that Parking is a major pain as it's a bit of a walk away and not easy to... More

i've stayed here a few times before, and always ask for a room on the lower of the two floors - this is to ensure the noise from the restaurant/club does not cause a disturbance. The hotel is modern and colourful. Rooms are great with the most spectacular views of Birmingham. The spa is wonderful and relaxing - 2 saunas,... More

Stayed here for New Years. As I entered the hotel I was warmly welcomed. I went up to my room It was a bright orange colour one of the lights weren't working but didn't ruin nothing. I opened the fridge to see 4 bottles of water 2 still 2 sparkling and one bar of kitkat between two people bit strange.... More

Dear zoobia n, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If you could provide me with more information regarding this, I would be grateful. Please contact myself at the hotel... More

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Birmingham, but if you get the chance to choose - choose this one as you won't be disappointed. Comfortable modern rooms, professional, friendly and helpful staff (free chocolate bars on selected days) and lovely spa and fitness facilities right in the centre of Birmingham! Lovely freshly cooked breakfast (best poached eggs... More

This was our second visit, last time we were upgraded as I am a Platinum member. Unfortunately this time we didn't get an upgrade but the room was fine. They sell themselves as a boutique hotel and that is what you get. Something different and each Indigo hotel is different, you will not get the same thing twice. On arrival... More

Stayed in Indigo back in end of December. The hotel have great view of Birmingham (if it's not snowing or raining). The location is not that perfect compared to few others hotel that I stayed before in Birmingham but is close enough to walk to some of the attraction. I would imagine parking would be an issue. Hotel have no... More
