On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff; as we were staying on a Friday we were also given a complementary Crunchie to eat; this put us in really good mood and was a really quirky touch. The lift was a bit frustrating as when you entered the lift you had to swipe your room card... More

I asked for a king sized bed and was given a "king room" which had a double bed. The bed was horribly soft, so uncomfortable! The hotel advertised as a boutique but it was nothing more than a colourful premier inn at a hugely inflated cost. Our room was near staff accommodation, it smelt of chlorine and bleach in the... Stopped here again for BH weekend treat, as always the hotel and rooms offer excellent value and location. Couple of disappointing points...the cassette car park is no longer in use by the hotel so parking is in the Mailbox which is a bit of a trek. Check in was slow in what could be best described as a communal area... More

One night stay at Hotel Indigo, with friends. Sleep was out of the question as we could hear the lyrics and beat to athe songs in the above bar. Awful! Dirty shower drain, previous guests hair visible. Room was generally clean but basic. Great views, but not worth the cost we paid for the room. Won't be returning!

Room was fab. Water pressure in shower was great. Breakfast ok. Serving staff fab. Cleaned rooms and Gd decor. But utterly ruined by two things. First they seem to lack a second bed for children. And second......My room on floor 24 was under the bar and at midnight on Saturday when I have paid for a decent nights sleep.....forget it.... More

This is the 1st night of a 3 night stay consisting of a group of families made as a block booking. I am typing this alone in one room whilst my wife and son share another room. The reason will become clear. First the positives. The hotel is smart, well decorated and clean. The negatives. We booked as part of... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your reply, I am disappointed you did not find our hotel suitable for your circumstance. The Front of House Manager and I have both spoken to the gentleman who has arranged the group booking, a member of your family I believe, and we have offered support with the situation. First, we are still investigating the... More

A great city centre location right next to the mailbox in Birmingham. Very modern and contemporary style on floors 23, 24 & 25 of the Cube. Room had full floor to ceiling windows with views of Birmingham City Centre. Room was quite large and well equipped with a large bathroom. The decor was quite bright! ! Staff were very helpful... We stayed at the hotel for 1 night in January. Checkin had just been changed to 3pm and we weren't aware. On a stormy day our room wasn't ready til after 3.15. You can't even use the spa until after you checkin?! we waited in a cold draughty corridor. Great start! On the upside our balcony room was massive but... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here, as a birthday gift for myself whilst seeing Michael Buble at the NIC...which was amazing! the hotel was a really short walk away from the NIC so suited the evening perfectly, we had an amazing view over Birmingham and the room was really clean and modern. The bed was really comfy and breakfast was... More

Dear guest, Thank you for getting in touch, I am happy to ready you had a great stay and enjoyed our facilities. We checked in on Sunday 6th April and from the moment we entered the building everything started well. Check in was great and we got all the information we needed and offered extra local information as well which was nice. We entered the bedroom and it was a feature room with a balcony over looking the city and it was... More
