Great welcome and really genuine team let down by basic hotel management. Thin duvet, poor blackout curtains, dripping taps, paint scrapping in the corridors and the ultimate in hotel mistakes......dipping mattresses. Get the hotel right and with this staff you will be great.

We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay for a 16th Birthday celebration, the 'birthday' room was decorated by the staff with balloons, banner and chocolate brownies, the rooms are spacious and well designed. The spa facilities are excellent and the hotel itself is in a lovely location, we would definitely return!

I do enjoy a stay at The Indigo in the cube. Great location but parking is a bit of problem now unless you use the mailbox carparking which you can get a discount on. I will stay here again as I do like the style and everything about it but the rooms need some TLC as they have damaged wardrobes,... More

Stayed here for one night last weekend, the rooms are beautifully modern. We stayed on the 24th floor where the views over the city were amazing! On check in the gent who checked us in was friendly and couldn't do enough for us during the evening (he turned out too friendly in the end which led to a breach of... More

Although this is strange looking building, the rooms are a decent size and the location is very good. Parking is a few hundred yards away at a multi-storey (The Mailbox) and is quite expensive. Generally very comfortable with nice food and good service.

Came here for one night and honestly loved every second. From the start the service was amazing, gave us a room with a view as I requested and even a card and chocolate with a happy anniversary message as it was mine and my partners 2nd year anniversary. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast are some of the warmest... More

Noisy, not because of guests, not because of the area, not because of the neighbours, because the staff do not care for the guests in the hotel. When you ask - can you do that a little more quietly please the member of staff looks at you and says nothing and then carries on the way he was. Rude very... More

We have stayed here twice, both as a night away together away from the kids! Fab value for money and brilliant rooms. This stay we were in a feature room with glass across half the room overlooking Birmingham. Perfect for a simple, yet plush and stylish night away.

I have stayed in this hotel many times with my girlfriend and we absolutely love the location, rooms and the breakfast/dining experience is fantastic. The best views in the city. The only thing that I could even be critical about with this hotel is more due to design than a flaw with the service and it's the fact that there... More
