Came here for one night and honestly loved every second. From the start the service was amazing, gave us a room with a view as I requested and even a card and chocolate with a happy anniversary message as it was mine and my partners 2nd year anniversary. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast are some of the warmest... More

Noisy, not because of guests, not because of the area, not because of the neighbours, because the staff do not care for the guests in the hotel. When you ask - can you do that a little more quietly please the member of staff looks at you and says nothing and then carries on the way he was. Rude very... More

We have stayed here twice, both as a night away together away from the kids! Fab value for money and brilliant rooms. This stay we were in a feature room with glass across half the room overlooking Birmingham. Perfect for a simple, yet plush and stylish night away.

I have stayed in this hotel many times with my girlfriend and we absolutely love the location, rooms and the breakfast/dining experience is fantastic. The best views in the city. The only thing that I could even be critical about with this hotel is more due to design than a flaw with the service and it's the fact that there... More

3 day stay here and the view was amazing. Room was adequate but pillows very hard. Spa was good and reception manor was good. Marcos restaurant service professional bit food not as good as my expectation but still very good! What a view. Breakfast was included but for £19.95 for a full English the quality and have eaten better in... More

Stayed for a weekend in the city. Hotel check-in was all good with a couple of lifts to take you up to the rooms(all on 2 levels just below MPW restaurant) Rooms are average size with decent bathroom and great floor to ceiling windows. I found the white doors and light corridors detracted from a luxury look - just felt... More

Booked this hotel as it sounded high quality for hubby's birthday overnight stay. We booked on the Infusion package which includes room, king executive double, dinner up to £50 in the MPW restaurant and breakfast. In total this was £224 which is a bit pricey but hey it was hubby's birthday so went for it. Receptionist helpful and upon arrival... More

Great breakfast in MPW on the 25th floor. Bed was the comfiest I've slept in for a festival tears, very impressed. Nice touch to have complimentary mini bar also. Great views from the room and nice toiletries. I stayed in the malmaison last month and the indigo is better. However one negative, there was constant noise of a pump or... More

Stayed for one night, after a party at Marco Pierre White at the top of the Cube. Hotel was great, nice gym, fantastic view from our room on the 25th floor. The whole end of the room is glass, floor to ceiling wall to wall, WoW. Not much use if you are scared of heights. Staff were friendly and helpful... More

Stayed in room 2424 which is a lovely large room on the corner of the hotel looking out over the city. Very modern in design, large bathroom with a great monsoon shower. Comfortable bed facing one of the floor to ceiling windows. We loved it and will definitely be back.
