Lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of all the action! Can't get a better location than The Cube in Birmingham. Everything was brilliant, from the underground parking to the views of the city and the modern decor. A MUST is the Marco Pierre White restaurant and the Laurent Perrier Bar - which are both situated inside in the cube... More

Superb hotel in central Birmingham with the most fantastic views of the city. Situated on the 23/24th Floors in the Cube and alongside the The Mailbox and canal structures running through the City. Breakfast was served in the Marco Pierre White restaurant on the top floor where the service was excellent from extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Champagne bar also... More

stayed here on a Monday night on the 24th floor after seeing Extreme play at the O2 Academy (awesome gig but that is another story). Room was decorated in a quirky green style, maybe not to everyone's taste, but a really good nights sleep. Got back late from the gig and a bit peckish so ordered a couple of sandwiches... More

I often stay in this hotel for business trips to Birmingham, the main pull for me is the use of the affiliated Club and Spa. The gym is modern with a good amount of cardio machines and weights, and the spa area perfect after a stressful day at work. The standard rooms within the hotel come in 3 colours (purple,... More

The hotel is centrally located, in the heart of the Cube building which is a small city in its own! The hotel features modern, spacious rooms. I stayed with colleagues and each of us had a room with a different colour scheme. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a good size... More

Both the bedrooms and the restuarant have fantastic views of the city being 23 to 25 floors high. The room was bright with a floor to ceiling window and had a modern business like feel with quality furniture and soft furnishings. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions. The bathroom was bright, clean and well equipped... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your review, I am disappointed that the information you received confused you. We have never encountered this issue before and we hope to improve the way we put across certain industry standards, such as charged for extra facilities, as all other hotels do.
