Stayed here for two nights in late July. Check in process extremely efficient with friend being thanked for his loyalty to IHG. Stayed in a King balcony room with a large terrace and amazing views of the city. Room was spotless and a nice bathroom with big walk-in shower and Aveda products. Request for extra towels was met quickly and... More

Spent a lovely couple of hours on the 25th floor enjoying a champagne afternoon tea with my daughter. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted gorgeous and couldn't fault a thing. The views across the city give an amazing backdrop. I would recommend it as a nice treat.

As a regular user of IHG hotels we recently decided to use the reward points we had racked up over the years. With our daughter staying with grandparents we decided to book a night in Birmingham. For the points we had we had the choice of either Holiday Inn Express (with breakfast) or Hotel Indigo (without breakfast). It was a... More

Had a lovely spa break and overnight stay recently. Hotel, spa and rooms are all to a very high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was very fast (Would however recommend a gluten free option for the sandwiches etc) Spa area has a thalasso pool as standard for use and nice relaxation areas. The view and Food at... Lovely rooms, great view and of course great food and cocktails. However, music blared through the air vents until early hours of the morning and didn't stop until I got dressed at 1.30am, went up to the empty bar upstairs to tell them to sort it out and then all the way down to reception. This after two phone calls... More

Stayed at this hotel twice now and absolutely love it. The use of the spa is a lovely touch and a great way to relax. The rooms are all unique so leaves a sense of excitement and anticipation as you open the door. Reception staff have always been willing to help and friendly also. The only thing that could be... I stayed here for one night in October. I had one of the corner suites with a balcony. The room was huge and a very unusual shape. There was a big balcony which was furnished. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the room had everything needed including complimentary still and sparkling water. The bathroom was fantastic too.

Great hotel in centre of Birmingham. Our room had amazing views of city and was very comfortable. Only downside is parking 😕 we parked in mailbox carpark and it cost £17 for overnight. Would be good if hotel offered bigger discount for residents using mailbox than the 15% currently offered.

I stayed in both the Marriott and the Indigo for the weekend and the Indigo is a far superior property. The Indigo is located in the Cube, right next to the mailbox, I don't think you can beat the location with easy access to bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk from New Street station and close to Broad street... More
