It was a birthday get away fro me, I was blown away from the point we entered its gates with the rabiits hopping about and deer within site. The lobby was beautiful and staff lovelya nd helpful especially the man at conceirge in the evenings. The restaurant is understated and yet very nice and serves the place well. Would highly... more

Stayed at the Forest of Arden Marriott during the Rotary International Convention in Birmingham and was delighted with the facility. We were there for 6 nights and found the room large (had a twin room) comfortable and very clean. We had a great view of the golf course which was a wonderful contrast after a day at the NEC and... more

I had the pleasure of staying here last week for a one day professional conference. First impressions of the hotel are amazing, as you drive off the county lane and past the golf courses many tees and bunkers. I arrived on a lovely sunny day which possibly helped the beautiful vista, and seeing a family of ducks next to the... more

Stayed here for 3 days for a conference held in the hotel. This is a country club set in the middle of the country side with 2 golf courses and a health club on site. The grounds are huge and very beautiful with game birds and deer roaming around. Check in was swiftly done. Room was spacious enough and had... more

Both my husband and I are regular Marriott guests, he has a Gold Reward card (50 nights) and I a Platinum card (75 nights), but being confronted by the previous occupant's faeces in the toilet in a room that was supposedly cleaned is certainly making us rethink our loyalty. This was disgusting and something I have never experienced before. Our... more

We stayed in this Marriott hotel for 1 night before flying out of Birmingham airport on holiday. The staff were fantastic - gave us advice as to where to eat in a nearby village (The bulls head - which I'd also recommend), the room was spotless and of high-standard and the views were impressive. Overally a great experience. more

First impressions were what a beautiful place. It was, the service, rooms, restaurants and facilities were all excellent. we were there to play golf. The Main Arden Course is superb and even in april had quick greens. The Aylesford course is fairly bland and uninteresting and right next to the M42. You could not be heard speaking to your partners... more
