It was a lot cleaner than I expected to be, after reading previous reviews, but my room was pretty much all clean. Bathroom needs a lot more attention though. especially with limescale on the walls. The facilities in the rooms are good with tv, kettle, tea and coffees, and hairdryer etc, and the bed was really compfy! The restaurant prices... More

You get what you pay for - this hotel is very reasonably priced. Staff are very freindly and helpful. Public areas are fine, rooms are in need of a little refurbishment but spotless and have all the amenities required. I would stay here again. Free parking is a plus close to the city too.

A large group of us stayed in the hotel as we were attending an AGM in Birmingham City centre the following day. We booked one of the meeting rooms on the night of our stay which was well equipped and ideal for any business meeting. The staff went out of their way to help me out by photocopying some documents... More

Wasn't sure what to expect after booking this as it's close to an area in Birmingham that isn't great and it was very cheap, however it was good stay. Close to the city centre and the room was clean and comfortable. No thrills really but would go there again if I wanted to stay a couple of nights in Birmingham.

Me and boyfriend stayed here as it was his birthday,it was easier to stay in a hotel as we went the German market, on arrival the lady at reception didn't understand a word we said to her and was rude, she should not be working on the meet and greet station! We got to the room and had to choose... More

Stayed here whilst doing a training course nearby, Hotel is fairly basic but perfectly acceptable, perfect for business trips etc... And far cheaper than any others on the date that I stayed, Alarm went off during the night a few times and nobody really knew what was going on, staff looked like it was a common thing so no one... Last night my wife and I stayed in the hotel. Price/value was really god but do not expect luxury! It was clean, comfortable and very basic. Also, the TV had the volume locked (understandable) but not loud enough to hear the programme! as usual, not enough tea, coffee or milk for anything but a single cup. Vending machine is a... More
