Stayed September 2014 on business, very convenient location easy walking distance to ICC, New Street Station, Symphony Hall, Library and city centre shops. Lovely staff without exception, and felt safe in this very busy area. Average breakfast, niggles in the room, especially bathroom (and tiny towels), noise from lifts, noise from hotel restaurant, and noise from early risers. Room clean... More

We picked the Jury's after taking advantage of the 21st birthday rooms offer, after only paying such a low prices (£21) we had no expectation but were delighted with our allocated room clean, smart and well equipped! We took advantage of the breakfast deal (kids eat free) which overall costs less than a supermarket deal with loads of choice and... More

A very nice hotel on Broad Street - not far from any of the main attractions, bars and restaurants. There is plenty of nightlife outside of the hotel but we didn't hear any traffic as we were on the 12th floor. It was a decent walk away to the train station. The room was modern and spacious and had a... More

Attended a conference at this hotel and was very disappointed by the facilities, food and sleep quality. The room was very sparse and cold. The food was edible, just but very limited and similar on both days. The sleep quality was the major issue, the hotel is on a very busy street but on the night in question car alarms... More

Bed was comfortable. Room was on the 14th floor, which was great as didn't hear any traffic noise but as soon as it was 8 o clock in the morning all I could hear was the service lift going up and down which was annoying. But the iron and ironing board was handy. Car park was very tight which let... More

Pleasant stay here, good food! Tim in the restaurant gave fantastic service all week, and was always incredibly happy to help and meet any of our requests. He was enthusiastic and happy at all times - great member of your team!

Me and my boyfriend regularly stay here when we have a night away in Birmingham. Rooms very big and beds are always very comfortable. Ideal place to stay to enjoy Birmingham night life. Car parking at the rear which is helpful. We usually book this hotel through late rooms with not much notice and always get a good deal.

We were to attend a friends birthday party in Birmingham, together with my family,8 in all. A convenient location in the center of town, great for shopping and touring. On the negative side it was noisy at night with nightclubs close at hand. However on checking in we were informed of this and given a room on the 5th floor... More

I rarely stay in hotels on my own so I'm not used to it. This is, however, the second time I've stayed here for business on my own. I feel safe here. The staff are excellent- friendly and polite without being ingratiating! The rooms are spacious and spotless and the food lovely. There's an ironing board and iron in the... More
