Nice hotel in a great location situated on Broad Street in the middle of Birmingham close to all the night life. The hotel it well managed and the restaurant food is great but service is a little lax. The rooms are of a good quality and well furnished.

A really nice hotel you pay for what you get. I would of rated higher but there were a few things that put me off. The bathroom looked very clean but there was bits of hair on the tiles. in a family room with 3 adults there wasn't enough towels or cups for tea. There would of been no problem... More

friendly staff lovely clean kingsize room stunning views free wifi!! breakfast i found rather expensive and slightly bland for my taste. only downside was the lifts echo throughout the building we were on top floor and total opposite end of the lifts and could still hear them clearly which was not good at 6am other than that highly recommend.

One night Business trip. The Jurys for the money was spot on. Nothing incredible but to be fair all good including superb friendly check in and a decent room. It's nothing really special but very clean and comfortable so for business trip perfect. Oh and free wifi, shove that Premier Inn!

Stayed here and it was a pleasant stay. Didn't hear any noise outside despite the hotel being on broad street and it was a Saturday night. I liked the rooms, was shocked to see two double beds in the room for only two people! So through the night we swapped and changed to see which was the comfiest bed! Wold... More

Stayed here for 1 night last Monday and found it to be centrally located with plenty of bars and restaurants around the immediate vicinity. The check in was quick and trouble free and we were allocated a room on the 10th floor. The room contained 2 double maybe 3/4 size beds and had enough space around the beds not to... More

Parking a little pricey but not a big deal, very central and the reception team was great..wish I could remember the names of the lady and gay guy who... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night with friends after visiting the Symphony Hall for a show. I must admit it was quite tricky to find our way onto Broad Street through the one way system, but we found our way to the basement car park and booked into the hotel with no trouble at all. The reception is... More
