There were 4 people in our party and we had an enjoyable stay for two nights. The hotel staff welcomed us on arrival and checkout. They were very friendly and helpful. Central location for Broad Street. Would stay there again.

This stay is the reason I will not use travelodges again. Booked here for the central location to attend a concert. Room was small and very basic. We had to request a hand towel as nothing was left for us to use. Room was on the front of the hotel and the windows were broken which meant the room was... More

It was a very nice hotel inside and was great. With the Hotel on Broad Street, there was a fear of very loud noise but apart from the music from passing cars, you cant hear much which means you are guaranteed a good nights sleep

The room itself was fine for the money paid- very close to centre and it was tidy. I did however find the locational the room meant we got little sleep- the windows were fully shut and we were on first floor and could hear people/club goers into the early hours and as I had half expected there was a very... Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I live in Birmingham however we decided to stay in the hotel for a friends birthday night out and to try out a hotel in Birmingham. It was well presented and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

I have to say that after reading previous reviews for this Travelodge, I was concerned about what I would find. Instead we were given a huge room on the top floor on the quietest side by staff. They were courteous and helpful with our queries and explained all that the Hotel offered.I couldn't fault the staff. It was close to so... More

Good stay at this Travelodge. The room was clean and tidy. The location is ideally situated. All the staff were very pleasant (including the cleaning lady!). Ive stayed here many times before, but this was the nicest room we had. If I was staying in Birmingham I would stay here again.
