We recently stopped at this hotel for an overnight stay while meeting up in Birmingham and what a delightful stay we had. The staff were helpful and a pleasure to deal with, the rooms clean, fresh and perfect for a night sleep after a jaunt round town. Would definitely stay again!!!

lovely stay at the central location. Perfect for a night in Birmingham or a trip to the NIA. Easy access to both the NIA and local bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. Rooms basic but very clean and all that you need for a city centre break. Considering its broad street location the rooms remain quiet. The bed in room 802... More

Very clean, staff polite and helpful, and pubs and clubs are very close. Good size rooms. Very noisy at night but that's to be expected. Cheap and cheerful. Will definitely use again if visiting Birmingham again.

Never stayed in a Travelodge before. It is ideal for the NIA. It's situated on a busy street so there was some unavoidable noise from outside (just sirens) but there was no noise inside and sleep was not affected. The room was warm, clean, tidy, had tea/coffee provided and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all,an excellent stay... More

Very clean, simple travelodge right in the heart of Birmingham, pubs a few steps away, arena 5 minute walk, parking 6.60 for 24 hours in car park 5 mins away, staff were very attentive and friendly. Definately will use again as its a very reasonable price for such a good location.

Stayed here on NYE. Was a fabulous location for everywhere we wanted to go (Broad Street, Brindley Place and to see the NYE fireworks) Literally walking distance to some of the best bars in Brum. Room basic but clean and staff on reception were lovely. One word of warning though it is very noisy even with the windows shut so... More

Four of us stayed here on 10/1/15. I booked 2 family rooms online. We arrived by car from a day at the NEC, the drive took about 20 mins. We found the hotel easily with sat nav but it could be tricky without. Parking is available in nearby Tennant street, a choice of on street and pay display. Watch the... More

I stayed here when my band had a gig in Birmingham. We booked 4 rooms in total and asked for them to be together which they did for us. Our group arrived in waves as we were travelling up after a gig the night before. When I arrived we were greeted and checked in without a problem. They were also... More

This is a very decent hotel. The room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Nice, pure white, fluffy towels. Comfy bed. Stayed with my husband on NYE, 1 min walk from the Gatecrasher and plenty of other clubs and pubs. Looking forward to a next visit in a couple of weeks but this time taking our two little boys with us.
