The hotel is in a fabulous central location in Birmingham City centre. It is located on the 7th floor of the Mailbox so it was a nuisance that a single lift didnt reach the top, instead we had to drag our luggage up 3 lots of escalators. The hotel is quite modern and quiet. Its location in THE MAILBOX is a plus. It's located very close to three train stations, so it's perfect for visiting the surroundings (Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick ...) or for an easy coming from other cities.
