Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights I originally booked for 4 nights but checked out early, the staff were very good particularly in the restaurant and bar, the food was also generally good except breakfast which was poor. The main issue I had and the reason I checked out early was because the room was poorly maintained and the... More

I have used this hotel a lot when I visit Brum, especially when I'm going to see something at Symphony Hall. It's very close to the city centre but you won't get caught up in the road works if you drive here, there is a multi storey car park literally around the corner and you get discount if you have... I stop here around 3 times a year when I attend trad shows at NEC If you have never been before you might think it serves it purpose however Were are the apple Macs from the rooms, I didn't take my lap top as always had Apple Macs so able to work from room, This was a massive plus for... More

This hotel is perfectly located if you are going out in the Brindleyplace area. I stayed in a Queen Evolution room, a standard size for one or two people, overlooking Brunswick Square. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet (I was on the 5th floor away from the lift). I ordered room service which was very quick, although the... More

room was gorgeous, bed was so comfy enough shelves for all my shoes, so useful having iron and ironing board in the room. shower was amazing! The guy who checked us in was lovely, we asked if we could get a room next to the other people we were staying in and he did it!

The staff are amazing and really helpful which makes the experience of staying feel more premium. The rooms also look good and are fitted well but we could hear people talking in the halls and water running through pipes all through the night. It might have just been our room (540) but overall the stay was good and breakfast was... More

Easy to find some hotels in Birmingham are not! Plentiful parking in the Brindley Place car park next door as hotel car park was full. Easy access for the night life on Broad Street and for a variety of restaurants! The room was spotless and every need catered for. breakfast was good but busy and no coffee refill offered! Would... Stayed here because of it's close vicinity to Barclaycard Arena where we would be watching the 'Strictly Come Dancing' concert. Super hotel. Great accommodation. Spotless, good sized room and lovely modern bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for our journey home.

Stayed here with my girlfriend, had an event to attend at the Barclaycard Area, location of the hotel was within walking distance of the venue. Room was clean and tidy, and included the basic necessities. There was a Christmas party going on at the time of our stay, we were on the level above, it wasn't too noisy, things quietened... More
