Great hotel. Lovely room-a club room, 622-so we got a bowl of fresh fruit, complimentary mineral water etc etc all very nice indeed. Saved £20 at Xmas staying at the Crowne Plaza which was nowhere near as good-won't do that again-it's City Inn for me every time. more

I choose to stay at this hotel annually for a conference at the Birmingham Conference Centre. The location is excellent it being about 3 minutes from the conference centre. There are ample restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. The parking is underground and very secure - just as well as a colleague who did not park in the hotel... more

Stayed here in the hotel nice and clean about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Poor service as i had to request 3 times for tea at breakfast before getting it. Complimentary wifi was dropping out and sometimes showed limited connectivity.
