Myself and a friend stayed for 1 night for a night out. It was less than 10 minutes to broad street, which was ideal for us. There was plenty of free parking. The room was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The room was spacious and the shower was great. There is... More

Booked this hotel, had an email 2 days before my booking confirming my room was booked then arrived to find that I was being put in the hotel next door due to a problem with my room. Expected a 4* hotel and got put in the Norfolk hotel which would be lucky to get 2*. Wouldn't trust this company, looks... More

THE worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Paid for an executive room which according to the website had a kingsize bed, more like a bed fit for a dwarf or seven as it felt like we were starring in a spin off Christmas Panto it was such a JOKE. Shower hit me three times when trying to turn off... More

Dear Guest, I think you may have posted this review for the wrong hotel as I don't recognise the room type that you have described in anyway resembling our hotel. More

I go to Birmingham a lot with work, it's a very overlooked city. This was first time I've been to the collection and it will be the last. I paid £95 for a room only stay and the room was not worth half of that. So value for money aside I feel the worst point of my stay was when... More

Dear Guest, as explained to yourself when you checked out, the reason that the staff entered your room (after knocking several times)) was that due to the smoke detectors being activated in your room. They had to enter the room to check as a safety precaution. We sincerely apologised for any inconvenienced caused and this is obviously not something that... More

We booked the Hotel primarily for a night out at MAC Birmingham, which was a short taxi ride away. Although the Hotel restaurant was closed the night we arrived, there were 3or 4 well known restaurants 5 minute walk away. The room was very clean, and it was very quiet, also warm, which is usually not the case. We didn't... More

After booking this hotel i was really excited to stay here. That feeling soon went after arrival. I was told they would need to take £100 deposit from my card and that this would be refunded within 24 hours of check out. This was not the case. After reluctantly paying the deposit we headed to our room which was turned... More

My wife booked this hotel for me whilst I was doing business in Birmingham, like most I read the Trip Advisor reviews and didn't get the usual warm fuss feeling!!! However my experience was very good, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough! On arrival, the guys at the checkin desk were welcoming and due to the hotel being... More

Stayed here with my husband and child for a period of 1 week. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. We got to know the staff and management - all of which were lovely. It's a lovely family run hotel. It's not a huge chain - the success of the hotel... More

Here is a summary of our stay... Positives 1. Staff are friendly. 2. Hotel room is nice, clean and comfortable. 3. Value for money - we paid £60 per night and felt the hotel was worth every penny. 4. Location is good. We went to the city centre and the taxi journey was 10 mins. Lots of local places to... More
