Great location. Almost like a chalet complex. Easy to get to and very clean and hygienic rooms. Lovely maids and staff friendly. Parking good. Would definitely stay again. In fact, I will always use hotel for trips to Birmingham, to see friends and for nights out.

Second stay at this hotel booked as it is close to the O2 academy and our daughter was attending a concert there. The rooms (not sure if all), have new beds since our last visit and they are comfy ! Nice wee hotel, room was clean & the bed was super comfy! On site parking was great and cheap at £3 per day! Staff were friendly & helpful! Perfect location, 10 min walk from the Bullring & reasonable taxi price to return with your shopping! If I ever need to visit Birmingham again I would definitely book again!

Nice little hotel very well located not right in the middle of the centre but well within walking distance to and from the centre. Freindly staff and tidy rooms and certainly not overpriced. Stayed there a few times now and would certainly stay again.

Cabin style rooms, very spacious. Went with my sister for two nights, it is very close to center walk-able from the new street station. Rooms are like cabins, it was quite cheap and it was comfy. I booked from the website.
