Me and my husband stayed 1 night in this hotel as we were going to a gig at the O2 which is at the end of the street. We thought that the rooms were very run down. The pictures looked so much better than what they really were. How ever it was only one night and what do you expect... More

We were going to a gig at the O2 Academy and this hotel was only a minutes walk away. There is a gated car par and the grounds are well kept and attractive. The reception area was very light and the décor was very modern. Staff at the hotel were really pleasant and helpful. The room itself was large as... More

Wasn't expecting the Ritz but having stayed at a number of different Ibis hotels before, I felt this one fell some way short of the standard I had come to expect. My main gripes with this Ibis centred around how drab the room seemed to be in comparison to other Ibis hotels; very dated decor and just a rather gloomy... More

I stayed here for two nights as I was in Birmingham for work. The motel style of your room being external was a little unnerving as a female on my own. However I felt secure with the locked gates. The rooms are clean and suitable. The staff were very pleasant and I was able to leave my car for the... More

We stayed here as we attended a concert at the O2 Academy which is perfect due to the Ibis being a 2 minute walk away, room was very clean and quiet considering we were on the roadside, nice upper level room all the comforts you need. The only disapointing part was the breakfast, it says all you can eat but... More

I am currently in my room, room 119. Excellent room, big comfy bed, sofa, desk, tele, bath, shower, toilet, wardrobe. I paid 45 quid for my room to attend a concert in the 02 academy, the venue is next door. You cannot get closer than that. The room is a butlins chalet style room but much bigger. I've read people...
