Just returned from another great stay at the Edgbaston Palace. Having arranged a large group booking to stay over for a long weekend I am delighted to say that yet again we were made very welcome, had excellent service throughout and would like to thank everyone for making our stay an enjoyable one! Disgusting hotel as well as the staff they have no form of customer service as well as the manager. No food or alcohol allowed in the rooms. If there is a group of you, you are not allowed in each others rooms. The car park is locked at 10pm and they wont open for you. I will never stay at... More
