Stayed there on Business trip for two nights in October 2014. We chose this hotel as it was near both places we had to go to and it offered free parking. The ''double'' room we stayed in and en-site were too small to the extent that trying to iron my shirt using the board and iron the hotel provides was... More

Shower curtain covered in mold. Doors left open so easy for anyone to come on in. Staff wouldnt even give us a cup of tea in the morning in the freezing cold when our car had a flat tyre and were awaiting recovery. We had a child with us and had previously paid over £150 for a double room. Very... More

Did not want to pay top rate so picked this hotel on cost . room was just about adequate but wouldn't want to stop here for more than a night. Bed linen was past its sell by date -clean but nearly threadbare. Tea and hairdryer on the dressing table but no plug socket! bathroom was clean and tidy. The gardens... More

We booked this hotel as it was close to the NIA. What a mistake!!! It cost £66 for a double room and it was a disgusting state. i couldnt wait to book out!! This review box doesnt have enough space for me to completely tell you how much of a dump this hotel is. It started with the receptionist -... More

I am disabled so we advised in advance that my wife and I required a room with disabled facilities. Also my 18 year old daughter was staying as well so we requested a room close by ours. We checked in and after being 'told the rules about take away food in the room' (No hello), my wife visited our room.... More

I stayed there for 2 nights 3rd and 4th October. I had to book it quickly through our company's hotel booking agent and chose it as it was close to where I had to work. I was worried what I would find after reading previous reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. The reception chap was pleasant and welcoming and very... More

Not a good hotel. I had to sleep in a two tier bed!! Room had weird smell so thankfully only there one night. very poor water flow from the shower! B/fast was ok and the cost of drinks in the bar was very reasonable but sadly that was the only high point.

Room for wedding was beautifully transformed after ceremony. The carvery was very nice and the evening indian buffet was fabulous! Stayed over and our room was nice, clean and a lovely bathroom. I was ignored at reception for 10 minutes while the receptionist chatted on the phone at check in, at 7pm. Then I was told it was the rules of the hotel that I could not have a glass of wine in my room, I had to drink it in the bar. As a female business traveller, travelling alone I objected... More
