When we got to the rooms, his was on the noisy side. He changed, and the wifi didn't work. He changed again, and got a noisy room again. Other than that, mediocre... More

I stayed at the Burlington Hotel for one night on the Macdonald Hotels spring break deal with 3 other members of my family - what fantastic value for money! The hotel is ideally situated for New Street Station, a short walk from Brindley Place for restaurants and bars and a short walk in the other direction for the main shopping... More

The reception staff were amazing, showing a genuine interest in my stay and remembering who I was whenever I walked past. They again... More

Beautiful building, handy location, huge room, great shower, v comfortable bed, quiet, great artwork on wall of bedroom, beautiful fabric for cushions + chairs. The hairdryer could do with being in the bathroom instead of attached to the bedroom drawer on a short cord. Bath robe was welcome. You've got to like listening to a creaky floor above you becuase... I have stayed several times in The Burlington over the past 5 months. I love this hotel for many reasons. The staff are professional but always friendly. The rooms are unique, all with different points, walk in showers, spa baths, four poster beds, all provide a great nights sleep. Good food and central location.
