Pros- amazing breakfast room , amazing old building . Cons- no locals parking and sat nav will not get you to hotel -24 hour building work outside hotel so no sleep - mouldy net curtains,cracked tiles , tired decor in bedrooms

Regularly stay here when in Birmingham through work. Never let's me down. Great thing about this hotel is staff as many of them been there years so nice familiar face to welcome you. Good value for money and location.

I have stayed several times in The Burlington over the past 5 months. I love this hotel for many reasons. The staff are professional but always friendly. The rooms are unique, all with different points,walk in showers, spa baths, four poster beds, all provide a great nights sleep. Good food and central location.
