We were staying at the Copthorne as it was an ideally located for a function we were attending at the ICC on 7th November and a spot of shopping in the city center. We arrived early, 11.30am, but were checked in immediately. Got a parking space right outside the hotel. Check-in staff really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Never stayed in Birmingham before, but pleasantly surprised. Great shopping, close enough to walk to everything. Had breakfast which was great, plenty of it and nice and hot.
