We stayed one night in an 18th floor canal-facing room, with our seven-year old. Great views, good room. Service passable. But... The shower was the sort you have to turn on before you can adjust the temperature, so very unsuitable for a child especially. Also the sink drained very poorly. Hyatt needs to fix their bathrooms, pronto!! more

This is my second time at this hotel, both times on Buisness, and i have to say this is my favorite hotel in Birmingham. Suites are great size, facilites very good, and the view from the room is fantastic. Looking forward to September when i'll be back again. more

Hotel well located from New Street station and the shops. staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, rooms light, airy and big. Lovely bathroom with bath robes and slippers. The lack of radio and Tv channels were not so great but it did not even have a DVD player which you would expect from a hotel like Hyatt, especially if your not in a standard room and pay extra to get that... more

What an absolute joy.
