This Hyatt is as wonderful as the ones we have in the USA. The bed had their wonderful mattress pads, sheets, pillows and covers. I felt like I was home in my own bed and slept very well. Everything on the bed was pure white and clean. The bathroom was very large and crystal clean. Not a spot of dirt or... More

I visited the Hyatt Regency for the first time today and was not disappointed. The entrance is light, airy and beautiful and the spa entrance is peaceful and tranquil. The lockers can be temperamental as they are digital and it would be good if staff could explain in more detail how they work. We were given robe and slippers and... More

Simply put, my stay at the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham was effortless. When I arrived, they handed me a local map and walked me through all of the great places to go in Birmingham for shopping, food, etc. The room was quiet, the view spectacular, the room service menu had vege options & the staff very courteous. Check-out was flawless.... More

Stayed over on business. Great central location literally just around the corner from Brindley Place. Get parked up on the front, concierge parking £20 for 24 hours well worth it. A lot of building and road works currently around the place but never heard it. Can easily get to most of city centre from here and due to its height... More

Stayed in Hyatt as it was close to NIA for a concert. The location was only a 15 minute walk from the train station, we arrived and the twin room we booked, had an incredible view, I am a gold passport member so was offered free complimentary newspaper for the morning. The bed was super comfy and clean, I loved... More

I booked this hotel because of it's central location and was not disappointed, easy walking to Birmingham's best spots. The room was great and so was the service but there was one negative... my room overlooked a nightclub and the noise was loud enough to keep me awake (I was on the 21st floor), the hotel staff were great and... First class hotel. Have stayed there many times over the last 15 years. The rooms have always been clean and adequate size. Well located for the Conference Centre / Symphony Hall which is across the road connected via a private elevated walkway.

Once again, after another faultless display from the team at the Hyatt, expertly led by Salman Rashid, we felt we had to add a comment on here to express our gratitude, in particular to Salman, for another lovely stay at the hotel. Check in was as stress free as always and as a many time repeat customer, we had been... More
