Stayed here for an overnight stay when visiting Birmingham with my girlfriend. As soon as you walk in you feel the stress drain out of your body with the tranquil bar/cafe that greets you. Great check-in staff (Fast, friendly and efficient); Rooms were as you would expect (Typical size; clean; big bed; great view). Room service was fast and efficient... More

Really like this hotel. Bedrooms quite large and comfortable beds. Could do with more storage and would prefer a moveable shower head to fixed. Stayed here before and will stay again. Disabled drivers should phone ahead and car parking is taken care of by consierge. More

This seems to be an originally good hotel facing hard times. Cleaning was poor - a lot of dust behind bed tables. The shower was poor. Breakfast buffet was cold on each of three mornings. Lobby chairs were threadbare. In a hotel of this standard Wi- Fi. Is still a clumsy pay as you go service. Parking in a nearby... More

Just spent one night in this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but perfectly adequate and very clean. The showers are a joke, though! Old fashioned "bath shower" - difficult to turn on to get the temperature right without spraying yourself with scalding hot or freezing cold water first! Perfectly adequate toiletries provided. The higher rooms have great city... More

We arrived on Friday 04/05/2012 and checked in around 16:00hrs. The lady on reception was lovely. It took about 10 minutes go through the process. We noted that Brendan from Coach Trip was checking in at the same time. Our room was on the 19th floor of the hotel, there 24 in all. Floors 22&23 are “regency club” and the... More
