I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 3 weeks on business. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. I had a lovely comfortable king size room which had a nice tv and all the facilities I needed within it. I thought the entrance to the hotel was excellent especially as it was around christmas time while I was there, it... more

We've stayed here twice recently, once in the more expensive "club" rooms, which give access to the high floor club lounge for free early evening snacks and drinks, and breakfast in the morning; once in a normal "King room". The actual rooms (King/Club) are virtually the same (if not identical), so unless you want the freebies during the evening, the... more

A good quality hotel very conveniently situated for the NIA, concert hall etc. Friendly staff, good rooms with tea/coffee and extremely clean. The only down is that breakfast is nearly £20 per person which is excessive for what you get. We will definitely stay again. more

Second time at the Hyatt and went as a treat cos it is not cheap) although you can get room only on the website sometimes of £79. Asked for room on upper level for the view and got one on the 15th. Room had a rollaway bed set up for some reason and we queried this with the desk and... more

This is the impressive looking hotel that dominates the skyline from Centenary Square. We only live 12 miles from Birmingham but went to a concert at the NIA and didn't want to drive home or sit in a jam for an hour trying to get off the multi storey car park. On the surface it has what you expect of... more

It was a while back that we stayed there, but writing review now, as will definitely be going back when I stay in Birmingham next time . My husband used to stay here for weeks a time before we met, and he loved it. Very nice concierge, staff, and a very upmarket feel. Not the cheapest place to stay, but... more

This is a good hotel that delivers what it promises. It would be a little churlish to criticise but the only slight comments would be on the bed being a little hard and the pillows weren´t brilliant. However, the rest of was fully up to standard. Well done guys! more

Went for the early Bank Holiday of May 09 and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The location of the hotel is good, right at the heart of the city centre with loads of to do attractions at very short distance. The reception, common area and the restaurants are well maintained but the room was very very disappointing. First... more

We arrived by train and decided to walk to the hotel to depose of our overnight bags. We got lost! When we arrived the customer service was second to none. Pleasent friendly staff and our requests made on the booking form were honored. Very clean tidy room. Bathrobes, smellies etc. But most of all the fantastic view from the 19th... more
