5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed in a small twin bedded room, cosy but very comfortable. Tea making facility, iron/board, large tv and nice bedding, only downside bathroom a bit on the small side, if you were a larger person you would not fit in the bath. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and all the usual... More

8 of us stayed here for a reunion event. Guests travelled from Spain, Belfast, Liverpool and even West Midlands. The hotel was clean, tidy and room 406 had a lovely big walk-in shower. Air conditioning was perfection on the hottest night of the year! I enjoyed the stay and slept well! Great night all round.

My husband and I stayed here again to visit The Glee Club. I now know to ask for an Executive room on the 8th floor opposite side to the Queensway road. It was so quiet! The bed is huge, there's a desk and chair, mini fridge with complimentary Kit Kat and fizzy water, slipper and gowns and a large Samsung... More

I didn't expect to get much for the price as I have stopped in some Holiday Inn dives, but the room was lovely. Complete with a desk and pretty spacious. Pretty noises outside on a Saturday night but that's to be expected. Can't wait to stop again.

We checked in on Friday 14th for two nights. The room was massive complete with a desk, complimentary robes, water and a kitkat. The bed was huge and the bathroom plenty big enough. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels were like new. Hair dryer a bit of a miss, but that's a hotel hair dryer for you. Unfortunately, the other guests... More

Great stay here for a night, wonderful rooms very spacious, nice staff too. If you want to drink after hours you will be charged a service fee, but that was no worries. Will defiantly stay here again, great location too.

Centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the mainline train station, and only another few minutes walk to the Bullring Shopping centre. There is an NCP car park right next to the hotel entrance, and the hotel give a 50% discount so it cost £12.50 every 24 hours. I was working up on Colmore Row, just a 10 minute... More

The outside of the hotel isn't very inviting and the staff are fine but not really friendly, but the rooms are nice and a good size. The hotel is in a great location for the bullring and the mailbox area but the traffic noise in the middle of the night on Saturday night/Sunday morning was unbelievable. I'm not usually one...
