Location, staff and atmosphere are all excellent. Breakfast was much improved over our last visit too, although coffee urn and fresh fruit availability is still a little disappointing. Excellent updated rooms though.

The hotel itself is in a fair location. In walking distance to shops. We got a taxi to Broad street at night which is where all the bars are. The hotel location was great for shopping and going out in the evening and was easy to access by car.
