The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, we were happy with our rooms, the evening meal was very tasty and nicely cooked. We would certainly stay again if we were in the area. If we had a choice we would have stayed longer than one night but we were on a coach trip.

We were on a coach trip visiting Baddesley Clinton (near Warwick) on Saturday and The Malvern Flower Show on Sunday. This local was very suitable. I had paid a single room supplement....so was well happy that it was a very pleasant good sized room. I had an enormous ( for one) bed which was very comfortable. The only downside in... More

Upon arrival I noticed that the grounds were maintained to a very standard which gave me great hope for every other aspect of the hotel. The reception area was clean welcoming and comfortable. Having booked in I proceeded along a network of corridors to find my room alone. After several attempts at using the supplied "charge card" to open the... More

Why have I never visited the Westmead hotel before now? I have driven past many times and not given it a thought. A surprise treat from my daughter-in-law, we partook of that gloriously English custom of afternoon tea. Greeted in a friendly manner by the reception staff, first impressions were good. The waitress was welcoming, and was accommodating when I... More

Fabulous hotel. Clean, tidy and appealing. Staff very friendly. Room clean and fresh. Good facilities in the room. Free wifi. Bar area good with reasonably priced drinks. Bar snacks tasty. A good nights sleep and on a par with premierinn prices and had the cleanliness to match. Came as part of chocolate factory visit package - £99 for the night... More

Very clean and reasonable hotel with friendly staff. Big room. Good deal. The bar area could be more cosy and I had the continental breakfast and the buffet could have been better stocked. Enjoyed the fixed price evening meal. But slept very well and would stay again.

We booked this hotel for the night as we had purchased tickets for Cadbury World. The Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and happy to help. We booked evening meal, which was very nice and the staff although busy, as they had a wedding party to attend to, were brilliant. We did not have to wait a long... More

We stayed for one night as part of the safari package. We were not expecting great things as the price was so reasonable, so were pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff are all helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The meal was perfect, the restaurant setting is just right, again the staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast... Came here on a last minute mini break with my Mother and Daughter on the £99 Wild at Heart deal (including bed, breakfast and tickets to the West Midlands Safari Park). Fantastic deal - loved every second of it. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff, really nice room and such a pretty hotel. Breakfast was superb! Would totally recommend and absolutely... More
