Rooms are smallish but perfectly adequate. Stayed there on business I slept fine but my colleague whose room was across the corridor was kept awake until 4am by noise from the night club across the way. Initially the boom boom of music then the sound of people leaving (on a Tuesday night) The selection at breakfast was pretty limited too... More

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your review. I am pleased to see that you had a good night sleep with us but was sorry to read that your colleague did not. It seems that the noise issue generated by night clubs surrounding the hotel is the main cause of your dissatisfaction. I would like to sincerely apologise for the noise... More

Not a great stay, took over 20 minutes to check in due to the line and inefficient staff. Room was very small, and hotel near nightclubs and noise travelled. I would not stay in his hotel again, but cheap and central.

Not the biggest of rooms but bed was comfortable , just perfect after a day and night out . Room we had was a bit noisy as it overlooked the main rd opposite Chinese restaurants and besides bars and clubs . The hot water system failed so we had no hot water for a shower in the morning , it... More

For a budget hotel its quite reasonable but the beds have to be the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, even with the mattress topper. The pillows are like bricks and when I asked for another I was told they are all the same. Probably slept a maximum of 3 hours a night. Wont stay again

Dear Sir/ Madam, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you did not find our Sweet Bed by ibis comofrtable. Our researchers tried to develop the ultra cosy bed. Its comfort is based on king size recycled-fiber duvet, large size microfibre pillows, high-resistance, multi-zone, multi-density foam mattress that adapts to support each body individually and un slatted... Upon walking in to the reception you're greeted by a lovely modern reception, once you're given your key and you proceed to the escalator... things change drastically! The rooms are absolutely tiny and very dated... definitely not worth what you pay for! I'd recommend going to the travel lodge which is practically next door.

For a hotel in the city centre there was virtually no noise from outside or elsewhere in the hotel. The rooms are cosy rather than spacious but provide what is needed, including a very comfortable bed. Free wifi is fast and easy to access.
