Hotel is in a good location, clean, polite staff. I rate this average as I struggled to sleep even with earplugs due to noise from the street outside. Some sort of traffic incident both nights with horns going from midnight to 3am

Good value and decent location with respect to pubs, clubs and restaurants. Rooms were clean and nice and decent bar as well. It is not very far from the railway station and the bull ring. No complaints !

Booked two nights so that I could go to the cricket 20/20 final at edgbaston. This hotel is only 25 minutes walk away. Or £2.10 by bus. Excellent reception service. Even though I booked a single I was given a double, I like that. Everything clean, neat and tidy. Bathroom not the biggest, but for one person for two nights... More

An excellent stay. The staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows on request. The self service breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from including cereals and fruit, yoghurts, croissants, bacon, egg, sausages, sautee potatoes and baked beans. Unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juice too.

This was a 2 night stay, pre holiday, going to theatre and comedy club. We stayed here last year and so booked it again. Perfect location for theatre, bars, restaurants and town centre. private car park under hotel (£10 a night extra) Room was clean and all good. Great bed and dark room. We did not have breakfast.

I stayed for work but found it easy to find and right by New Street Station and the Bull Ring. The car park is underground and secure and was excellent for the ten pound fee which was for 24 hours, allowing me to remain there throughout the second day whilst walking to office. For £49 I had a clean and... More

Asked for a quiet room and was given a room overlooking the Arcadian centre. Loud music till 4am. Fire alarm tested without informing guests. My 10 week old baby's hearing has been affected by this. The hotel simply blamed the bar next door for the alarm. Booked/payed for car park for 4 nights. Tried to park on Saturday night and... More

I came to the hotel when my friend suggested it to me, amazing price for the both of us (a lot cheaper than the ibis budget hotel for some reason), greeted by rushed but friendly staff. Siri was especially nice and helpful and offered service with a smile, the security of the hotel were friendly and we often had conversations... More

Upon check in I was requested to verify the card I had already prepaid the room with. The pre authorisation payment of 1 penny would not go through and I was accused of using a lost or stolen card. They would not let us check in even though we had been travelling since 4.30am and the room had already been... More
