This was a 2 night stay, pre holiday, going to theatre and comedy club. We stayed here last year and so booked it again. Perfect location for theatre, bars, restaurants and town centre. private car park under hotel (£10 a night extra) Room was clean and all good. Great bed and dark room. We did not have breakfast.

I stayed for work but found it easy to find and right by New Street Station and the Bull Ring. The car park is underground and secure and was excellent for the ten pound fee which was for 24 hours, allowing me to remain there throughout the second day whilst walking to office. For £49 I had a clean and... More

Asked for a quiet room and was given a room overlooking the Arcadian centre. Loud music till 4am. Fire alarm tested without informing guests. My 10 week old baby's hearing has been affected by this. The hotel simply blamed the bar next door for the alarm. Booked/payed for car park for 4 nights. Tried to park on Saturday night and... More

I came to the hotel when my friend suggested it to me, amazing price for the both of us (a lot cheaper than the ibis budget hotel for some reason), greeted by rushed but friendly staff. Siri was especially nice and helpful and offered service with a smile, the security of the hotel were friendly and we often had conversations... More

Upon check in I was requested to verify the card I had already prepaid the room with. The pre authorisation payment of 1 penny would not go through and I was accused of using a lost or stolen card. They would not let us check in even though we had been travelling since 4.30am and the room had already been... More

On our arrival in the room we went to the bathroom and found the toilet seat covered in URINE STAINS. Upon discovering this I went down to reception and was greeted by a female receptionist who apparently spoke to housekeeping who told her the room was clean. The bathroom itself was clean unless you count a urine stained toilet seat.... More

If you plan to eat elsewhere then this hotel would be OK. The location is great, right on top of the arcadian centre. I made the mistake of ordering food and was served frozen chicken, luckily I noticed before I had eaten much of it. The staff offered nothing as an apology, not even "sorry". By all means stay here,... More
