This is just next to Birmingham International Airport, so it's easy to find, but it's too expensive in relation to what you get. The rooms were OK, but not more than that. I didn't have my laptop with me, so I bought a service of "Internet on TV", which turned out to be a really poor service. Many websites were... more

My partner and I stayed here on a Saturday before an early morning flight the next day and were quite impressed with our treatment. We arrived at around 1.30pm, half an hour before ususal check-in was due to commence, however, the gentleman on reception called up to see if our room was ready. Seconds later he decided to upgrade us... more

The hotel is clean and functional and from that perspective its useful for one night if you're using the airport. I used it to go to an event at the NEC. The carparking is not clealy marked and don't make the same mistake as me and park at what looks like the hotel carpark and turns out to be the... more

Smoking in a public place is against the law, but it seams this Hotel is beyond the law as stated in a early review that he was allowed to smoke ! I think this Hotel should be reminded of the laws in this country, and if they dont comply then they should be Fined more

I had a one-night stay here recently while on business in Birmingham and thought that the hotel fell well short of expecetations on a number of counts. My room while a decent size and clean was furnished in a very bland fashion. The WC had been split from the bathroom which might be good idea in theory but in this... more

Having stayed here a few times over almost 20 years, I was pleased to find that this Novotel is now fully refurbished, making it much more welcoming, and that it features the improved food menu that Novotel has been rolling out across its chain. This was handy since I didn't arrive until 1030pm, but found could still get some pretty... more

We booked the Novotel Birmingham Airport because we had an early flight and didn't want any hassle. Well, it is a perfect location for the airport. Out of the front door, 50 metres and you are in Terminal 1 with a few minutes walk to Terminal 2. The hotel is stylish and the standard rooms excellent in size and comfort.... more

I stayed at this hotel for Crufts at the NEC and it was so handy. The monorail opposite the hotel took me straight to the NEC for no charge and it was just as easy getting back at the end of the day. The hotel was clean and ok, the room decor could be updated, but hey - they let... more

The hotel was clean, easy to find from Birmingham International (90 second sky rail journey) and the service was also very good - no wait at check in and minimal wait at check out. The Winter Deal offer was good value for money with breakfast included. Perfect location for the NEC, takes about 5-10 minutes from the door of the... more
