Service excellent. Food plentiful and tasty. Staff friendly and professional and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again, the room was Comfortable and I particularly liked the fact we could alter the temperature of the room as it was a very hot spell of weather.

Everytime we want to see a show in Birmingham we stay at this Premier Inn, the staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, it's not too far from any of the venues and there is a great little chinese restaurant across the road.

Could clearly hear conversations from neighbouring room, noise from the automatic front doors and also mobile phone which was on vibrate from the room next to us, sound proofing was terrible - worst I've ever experienced even in other budget hotels.
