We came here for a wedding. What spoiled it was the 'couldn't give a toss' attitude of the staff. Purely lazy and not customer focused or helpful at all. What a shame, as that made such a bad first impression it all went down hill from there. more

Fabulous hotel, full of history but not to the detriment of comfort. Stayed in the old part of the building, slightly dated decor in the bedroom but they have tried to maintan the theme. Loved the little spa, and excellent food too. Easily accessible yet in beautiful countryside - will definitely return! more
