The location of this hotel is unbeatable. We were dead smack in the centre of everything and had a great time! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the restaurant was very good. We missed our bus the next day and one of the employees, Luke, made sure that we figured everything out in order for us to get to... More

My husband and I decided that we would stop overnight in Birmingham and catch The Lion King whilst on its UK tour. We debating where to stay, we finally decided on the Premier Inn, mostly due to TripAdvisor reviews and our own experiences at other Premier Inn locations. The cost was half that of the two other hotels - just... More

City centre location, within easy reach of the city attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A few issues with the swipe cards and no on site parking, very busy, but coping very well. Great choice if you're in Birmingham. A few Premiers Inns this week, so it will be interesting to compare this batch.

Very impressed with this place. A couple of mins walk from New St, very child friendly and great breakfasts. We needed a cot when we arrived and they supplied one within a couple of minutes. Hats off to all the staff, particularly Luke who made us all feel very welcome.

I stayed here while in town for a sporting fixture. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is all you can eat and of high quality, although slightly expensive. There is an on-site restaurant and plenty of other places to eat nearby. The hotel is conveniently located near New Street Station and the museum. Check out time of 12... More

Hi, I stayed here for one night on my friends Hen Night and could not find fault - Well Done to all the staff - Sheila in particular for making us all feel very welcome and looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

After leaving home at 6am and not checking in the hotel until 11pm all we wanted was a comfy clean bed. This we got and more. Easy check-in, nice room, great shower. Breakfast in the morning was great. All you can eat (which my husband took advantage of). Staff were really friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here for 4 weeks so far, and will be here for another week. I've been really impressed with the staff and their attitude, The hotel is in a good location, close to New Street station, and the shopping centre. The only downside is that there is no onsite parking, however they provide a map to the nearest... More
