Three night stay in a clean, environmentally friendly and pleasent Premier Inn. We visited for Pride, and was glad with the location as it was nearby and was also near a lot of shops. It was great, and I would suggest for many different types of customers. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and all of the staff remained polite... More

The Hotel is great; rooms are spacious and comfortable, and minimum noise during the night, results in a great night's sleep. Furthermore, there is a fantastic Italian restaurant right next to the hotel (Beware: restaurant is expensive). Right in city center with loads of stuff to do.

I stayed for 1 night - thats was 1 night too many. This place is as basic as it comes. No toiletries, no shower cap, no hairdryer! I called reception to request a hairdryer and they asked me to pop to reception to pick it up!! Bathroom floor was dirty, the room was tiny and it felt like a hostel.... More

As always very good staying at Premier Inn. Staff are always very friendly and the rooms always excellent. The only fly in the ointment is the lack of parking. Which would have been fine had I been told, but on the booking form I was asked for my parking details so they knew I wanted tp park. So it was... More

The main plus about this Premier inn is the location - bang in the centre of Birmingham, 5 mins walk from New Street station and opposite the cathedral. A standard premier inn experience - you get what you expect at all their hotels - and no complaints. No wait to check in via the machine. Everything very clean. We were... More

We booked this hotel as the New St Premier Inn was more expensive, having stayed at New St Premier Inn in February we expected it to be similar. Rooms were big, bright, and airy, lots of windows. We had requested a high floor overlooking the cathedral and this was accommodated. The rooms are one of the biggest and brightest we... More

Often stay here stayed 12th June. A fantastic hotel. Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and a plentiful breakfast. Could not recommend too highly. Much better than higher priced hotels in the same area. If you are travelling to birmingham book it you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have again stayed at this Premier Inn and again we haven't been dissapointed from the helpful staff to the spotless room and facilities, we didn't however eat there as we had a meal at Purnells which is in easy walking distance of the hotel. Thanks again Premier for doing a good job.

Was very impressed with the room size. It was very light with big windows and a view of the cathedral. Breakfast wasn't a pleasant experience. There just wasn't enough staff around. We asked for omelettes and poached eggs but the chef seemed quite stressed as he was working alone. When we stayed at the Prem Inn New Street earlier in... More
