First of all let me say this IS a great place to stay - this is our third stay in the last 4 years! It has all the qualities of the best Premier Inn locations (clean rooms and public spaces, friendly staff, everything works) It has an excellent location (5 mins from both New Street and Snow Hill rail stations,... Stayed here for one night and got it at the great price of £29. We had a family room, which consisted of a double bed, full size single bed and a smaller 'Junior' bed. Couldn't fault the room size and the setup. Room was clean and had all the essential items.. TV, Hairdryer, Coffee/Tea. As we arrived by Train, walking... More

Just poped up there for going down under Expo. Actual time was july 2013. I`ve reserved a bed just one month earlier and I`ve got nice and quiet room and a very good deal. Bonus was that I had saturday night jazz gig in the hotel bar... just brilliant. Lots of hugs to lovely Sheila, Nicola and Adam. Really, really... More

The staff were very friendly to all their guests including painting to keep the kids busy at the reception. The location was also very good and not far from the train stations and bus stop. Birmingham Museum and bull ring mall is also a walking distance away. We stayed on the upper floor, so the issue of noise which I... More

Wonderful gentlemen on reception evening of 20th Aug. My mobile phone was out of charge and I needed it for map directions out of the city, they kindly found a charger and allowed me to charge my phone very grateful. Its nice to know that if your stuck you can always rely on premier inn staff to help you.

Just arrived back from a mini-break to Birmingham. Fantastic hotel, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping. Would recommend this hotel.

I really didn't know what to expect when I booked this hotel online as I got it very cheap but I was really surprised. My trip was a mixture of business and leisure. The toughest part was finding it. I think the taxi man took me to 3 other Premier Inn's in Birmingham before this one - in hindsight he... More

Having stayed in lots of Premier Inn's I can say that the staff at this hotel are truly outstanding. From Reception to waiting on staff to the chef. They all deserve recognition for their amazing customer service. Best ever!

The hotel was in a good location. Opposite a park/cathedral square. Many shops nearby so you can buy what you want. parking was not far. Staff very friendly. overall good value. It can get a bit hot but windows open if you dont mind the town centre noise.

Hotel, great location. I am a regular and tend to eat at the restaurant downstairs on a regular basis, the tall chef, Curtis I think is his name is by far the best. If you dine here always ask if Curtis is working as that's when food is at it's best. Always goes above and beyond.
