Cons: Lots of construction work being done just outside Painting of the walls (magnolia emulsion) being done at reception when we arrived Homeless people sleeping on the floor directly outside the hotel The corner at the bottom of the ramp there is quite busy and suspicious at times, could feel threatening Couldn't check into our room until after check-in time.... Well where do I start. The staff can be described as nothing short of wonderful. I stayed here for a week and a half for work and was not looking forward to being away from my home and husband for such a long time. Eating alone etc. Little did I know that I would not feel uncomfortable whatsoever, the way... More

Really enjoyed sight seeing in Birmingham and also enjoyed staying at the Premier Inn. Rooms were clean the staff were polite and friendly and I would recommend. There was a lot to choose from for the breakfast and it was really nice. Looking forward to my next visit

Enjoyed our visit to this hotel. Friendly staff, made sure we were looked after. Lovely breakfast, good choice of hot and cold foods. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Had room to the back, no external noise. Would stay here again. Good location.

Excellent friendly staff at check in, sadly car park a bit of a nightmare, bit of a walk with cases as they suggested the town hall carpark which initially we couldn't find, but rang for a postcode, loads of roadworks, closed walkways and barriers up almost everywhere in the area which made finding everywhere a bit more difficult, i have... Arrived here to be checked in by a machine. We'd rung In advance for a quiet room. The machine gave us room 211. All night all we could hear groaning pipes. It was awful. Next morning my hubby left for his business meeting and I was given a new room to move to and promised it would solve the problem.... More

This review encapsulates my short stay at Premier Inn, City Centre Birmingham. Overall, the experience was well worth with, satisfying and worthy of re-living. The ambience was good, general aesthetics commendable.

Average with good and bad. Usually use Travelodges, but this was closer to venue. Staff confusion about aircon in room, and car parking at £11.40 would frighten us off returning. Breakfast was very good. Room clean but pillows gave poor night's sleep.

Our daughter wanted to stop in a half moon hotel so we found our selfs at a premier inn. The hotel was in a good location about a five minute walk from the train station. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Would recommend hotel to others for sure.

Great location for theatre and bars and restaurants to walk too. Great room staff where helpful and friendly breakfast was very good all you can eat buffet. Next to Birmingham Cathedral and a 10mins walk to the museum and art gallery. Had a good night sleep as it was quiet. Will go again to this premier inn.
