Clean hotel ,nice and quiet, very friendly and helpful staff .They arranged an early check in for £10 and kept our luggage after we had checked out for free as we were spending the day in the city. Also lent us a brolly as we had forgotten ours. A small thing but showed the friendly nature of the staff. Good value for... More

I stayed in the hotel for one night 18th August If you are up on the forth floor good luck. The room temperature was more like Dubai without air conditioning. I had the window open as far as it would go, a very noisy fan on full speed and still it felt like an oven. I spent the most uncomfortable... More

No air-conditioning was installed in the accommodation areas of our floor (including hall ways) which makes the whole accommodation experience very uncomfortable. A fan was provided in the room but this was very ineffective in trying to cool the room

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great showers with no shortage of hot water. Bed was really comfortable enabling me to have a good night's sleep. Good value. Friendly, helpful staff. Reduced price when using the NCP car park round the corner.

The toilet in the bathroom was very low to the floor, shower cubical was very small and very little pressure from the shower itself, staff at reception were hard to understand and there is no car park so had to park in the NCP around the corner which had a subsidised charge which in a way made up for no... My friend and I stayed the night as we were visiting Birmingham to see Bette Midler. The hotel is in a good position for the Barclaycard Arena ( ten min walk ) and , although central, is extremely quiet at night. It was a very hot day and our rooms were warm, my friends room facing inwards was much hotter... More

I came to the travelodge as I had a meeting in Birmingham in the morning and was travelling some way. The NCP car park is very close and travelodge conveniently reduce a 24 hour cost of £20 to about £5.80 which although not free; I was pleased to not be completely ripped off! The hotel staff were nice at check... More

Although the room was smaller than average and very warm, a fan was provided and we were warned about this on arrival. A very central location for the NIA, offering discounted parking at nearby NCP car park
