Great location and value for money. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed. There was only one bath towel which I was not sure was a mistake or the norm. The breakfast was brilliant and staff friendly.

We used Newhall Street as a base for a concert at the NIA/Barclaycard Arena. Great location, very central to Arena and shopping. Clean and tidy hotel with a great customer service ethic. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and were very happy to provide directions and local information.

During the night there was a commotion in the corridor - swearing and shouting then bangs and crashes in the room next door. We were... More

We stay here every year and visit the christmas market in the city centre, we choose it because of its location and also because of it's no frills sort of feel. Because we only use it as a base to sleep in it's perfect that I'm not paying for stuff that I'm not going to use such as a gym... More

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at this travelodge. It was a little off the beaten track, and the NCP carpark that we used was very dark and unlit. However the second we stepped inside the foyer we were merrily greeted by a young man, who could not have been more helpful if we were in the Ritz. Although... More

It has a sports bar around the corner, subway up the road, nando 6min walk away and only a 7 min walk to broad street. Limited non resident parking but at £3 for 4hrs it is not bad. 24hr NCP parking offered at £5.80... More

I wasn't expecting much from a Travelodge, but was pleasantly surprised. Clean (apart from the lifts, which are universally dirty in Travelodges) and really friendly helpful staff. Looked after my case for me until the room was available. Showed me to a comfortable seating area to wait for my friends. Room temperature was good, hot water freely available. Despite there...
