I'm a paying customer paying 65 pound for a room... An the GENERAL manager wants to come with her attitude for no reason what so ever.. Still can't understand why she was like she was ... I am so disgusted that this woman can be employed as a hotel receptionist in a busy chain like the quality hotel... So rude... More

The name Quality Hotel should be in inverted commas! The whole place is in need of a major makeover, the bedrooms, the dining room, reception, staircases and leisure club had peeling paint and wallpaper. Although the bedding in the room was clean, the carpet was threadbare (or missing!) in places. The cooked breakfast was plentiful and reasonably hot, but the... More

This hotel is good enough for somewhere to put your head down for the night on a visit to Birmingham . For the price ... Don't be stuck up and expect The Latour quality. I think half the reviews on here are slightly far fetched ! Yes the leisure centre requires a refurb , however the room was clean quiet... More

I have stopped in a 'Quality' Hotel before in Cardiff, had a bad experience and vowed to never stay at the same chain again but a friend recommended the hotel and booked it for us. This stay has not changed my mind! It is by far the worst hotel that I have had the misfortune of spending a night in.... More

This hotel is not "tired" it's exhausted! I have unfortunately spent 2 night there this week. I asked reception for the Wi-fi code to be told it would cost me £8.50 a night as I had booked through Late Rooms and not directly through them! The following day I checked the Late rooms site which stated the wi-fi was actually... More

Stayed at this hotel twice now as it's cheaper than others in the area and is ideal for my business trips. The hotel has a very dated appearance and nothing matches, but the service is fantastic. Very friendly staff, the receptionist went out of her way to fix a booking error on my part. The bar is comfortable and affordable,... More

I can’t say it was actually a quality hotel but I have stayed in worse. Food is much as you would expect from a hotel in this price range and holds a very limited variety of red wine. The worst thing by far, is the loud TVs in the lounge and bar areas, whist you are trying to eat your... More
