I stayed here with 4 other friends in a 2 bed apartment. The apartment itself was very nice and trendy and the location is very good and handy for the shops. The beds were comfy.
However we had two problems, the first was that the apartment was not ready until 3.30 despite check in being from 2.30 onwards. The second was a leaky ceiling! There were a number of puddles n damp patches on the ceiling so we assumed this was from the flat above.
We are an easy going group so did not make a fuss but the reception staff did not apologise for either of these! I would have appreciated a sorry from them, manners cost nothing!
