I have never stayed in such an awful hotel. The staff were polite, but there is nothing else nice to say about the place. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned between nights. There were holes in the walls. Stains on the ceiling. The place should be condemned.... More

Stay away! Do not be taken in by the price. Its that cheap for reason and nasty for none. The only place that I have ever stayed where you pay before you stay. The reason being you would not pay otherwise. It is dirty, scruffy and in a serious need of updating. The bedding was dirty, there were no pillowcases... More

The hotel is poor. Handy for £30 at a maximum charge but wouldn't pay more than that for it again. Room was not cleaned between nights, bathroom door didn't lock, chair leg in the room was broken, bottom of room doors look like they have been kicked in previously, marks over the walls.. Actually considered driving away when we first... More

Good points... Lovely polite courteous staff Clean and comfortable bed £47 for single room Bad points... Absolutely everything else! See photos! Really hard to find car park. Grilled windows. Pile of rubish in corner of car park. Hotel dark and dirty. Ensuite a breeding ground. Don't know if food was included but if it was there is no way on... More

Needed somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay, just to get my head down for a little while before I go back into work. If I knew this "hotel" is going to be so bad I would have stayed in my car! More like a run down hostel. Walls paper thin, can hear other guests talking. Linen looks like it's just... More

I will start with the good points. It was cheap, there was a free car park (albeit difficult to find), it was warm, there was a 24 hour reception and the staff were friendly. First impressions count, grills on the windows and large secure fire doors with doorbells (for even the front door), do not inspire you with confidence. Once... More

So me and my partner booked up here for one night as was going to Birmingham city centre on a night out and found it was cheap and thought we would give it a go. Worst decision we have ever made. It took 10 minutes to get into the dog hole, all the doors were boarded up and labeled "fire... More
