Old-fashion, dirty and unconfortable. None of my family dare to have a shower in that bathroom. And the breakfast could be much, much better. Parking in the road. The only positive thing is the very nice owner. He made an extraordinary effort to make my late arrive very easy. Definitively I would encourage you to meake a better choice. more

My husband and i stayed at this guest house 13 years ago when we were looking for a small and friendly place to stay and loved it so much that we booked it again as we were having a short break in the same area. Richard gave us a warm welcome and took our bags up to the room at... more

Me and my partner went to warwick for bank holiday weekend and absolutely loved it the town was a very nice and so was where we stayed. The guesthouse was litterally 5 minutes away from everything and their was a nice walk through the park to the caste and this was right outside the guesthouse. The double room was nice... more

Stayed here the night before a planned visit to the castle and liked it very much. Beautiful clean rooms - I wonder if the other reviewer actually stayed somewhere else there was not a spec of dirt anywhere. The 3 person room our kids shared was particularly nice with a very large bathroom. Breakfast was served by a very nice... more

Hospitality was very poor we never met the wife of the Guest House. We were not shown the dining area. There was a problem with the booking and in the end the owner did apologise to us but it was not a good service. The rooms we had which were two were both full of dust and unclean . Our sheets... more

We found this guest house through trip-advisor and couldn't have been happeir! We stayed in the coach house at the bottom of the garden which is a small self contained, completely private unit with 2 en-suite bedrooms. We were met by a very friendly & helpful Richard who took us through the garden and showed us the accommodation and gave... more

Just stayed at this guest house for one night. The location was perfect only 10 minutes walk into the town centre and there was plenty of pubs and resturants closer. We had a twin room which was nicely decorated and very clean with it's own shower and fridge. The breakfast was all local produce including free range eggs. There is... more

I e-mailed the guest house in February to enquire about accommodation but didn't get a response more than 48 hours later so I had to ring them. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon there was no parking available in the road outside, so we had to park down a rough looking side street and carry our bags to the guest... more

We rented the guest house for one night, and it was really a nice space- very enjoyable! The room was clean, and it's easily within walking distance from the train station and to all the major sights of the town. A few minor things- I don't recommend the guesthouse for any one tall, as my fiance bumped his head a... more

My daughter, her four children (11, 6, 3 and 1) and I were having our first visit to the United Kingdom. We decided to stay at the Avon Guest House in Warwick as Trip Advisor gave such a good recommendation and we were so glad we did. Our hosts Richard and Nina were so friendly and helpful and their little... more
