We stayed here in August 08 . It was a fairly clean hotel but was a bit musty. Breakfast was very good but give room 17 a swerve if you are a non smoker as it is right beside the smokers seats outdoors and is on ground level so when it is hot and you want your window open, the... more

The hotel is being refurbished but they should close down while they do so. The remaining available rooms are shabby, dirty and smelly. The reception is dark, oppressive and unwelcoming and a little bit intimidating! I didn't take breakfast as based on the standard of the rest of the hotel I decided it was probably not a good idea. The... more

As soon as we entered our room I just wanted to go home, it was filthy! The room smelt damp, the window did not stay open, the t.v did not work and the kettle in the room was full of rust The breakfast was ok but very greasy and clearly the tables had not been cleaned from the night before... more

Definitely better accommodation in a condemned and derelict building with local tramps! This is a really grotty, dirty place. The bar staff were ignorant. The bar was virtually empty on a Saturday night (Easter Saturday) but we were still not made to feel welcome at all. Tables in bar sticky and dirty even when supposedly cleaned ready for closing for... more

Booked family room here through Tourist Information. Location wonderful and got parked in small rear car park. Then problem started 2 adults and 2 kids in a family room with only 1 single bed and 1 double. No central heating (stayed on Good Friday, when it was so cold it snowed) had to stop draught from window by padding towels... more

The only positive comment I can write is that the location of the hotel is central. The hotel itself and the bar area are very shabby and not very clean, we came down for breakfast and there were chips all on our seat probably from the night/sbefore and flies flying around the room. The floor in the room was not... more

Great value for Warwick, right near the castle. Double room & bathroom big enough, floor a bit wonky though! Breakfast was OK. Would stay again. more
