Stayed over the Bank Holiday week-end and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic but nice and clean. It had all you needed and is in a good location - only a five/ten minute walk to the centre. Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean, but on the smaller side. About a 15 minute walk to downtown Warwick. The Owner was friendly to us. Breakfast was typical English Breakfast, but above average. For the price of the room, it was a good value. more

A terrible place. Forced to make our own beds using dirty, bug infested bed linen found in a damp cupboard. Bathroom was foul: soiled towels, disgusting smell; an altogether sickening room. We would not recommend this place to anyone, it was appalling. more
