This wonderful B & B is full of character and charm. Situated at the main entrance to Warwick castle it is ideally situated to enable you to see Warwick on foot. The rooms had everything you could possibly need and were spotlessly clean. The chocolate on the pillow each day was a lovely touch. Janet and Stuart were so friendly... More

We chose Park Cottage because of its proximity to Warwick Castle, where we were attending the annual classical music concert. It was our second visit - our first was nearly 20 years ago! In my mind this is the perfect B&B. It's full of character (and so it should be, seeing as it's 700 years old!), our room was beautifully... More

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Tudor house. Our room was spacious, very clean and very quaint. The en suite was a little snug but perfectly adequate. The breakfasts were very good particularly the fresh fruit salad. The cottage is very handy for visiting the Castle and just a 10 minute walk into town. Our hosts were very... More

We were a family of 4 staying one night in two different rooms. My two adult children were in the 'Anne' room at the back of the house. We stayed in 'Sarah' and did find the road noise a little noisy late into the evening and early in the morning. Beds fantastic.Water pressure the best we experienced on our 2... More

Recently stayed three nights when travelling with my adult daughter and found Park Cottage comfortable and well situated. Janet and Stuart were helpful and interested hosts. Great base for a visit to Warwick Castle and Stratford upon Avon

We were charmed to stay in this beautiful Tudor period home. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, parking was easy, and the location was perfect for exploring the ancient town. Janet and Stuart were warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their breakfasts were superb, and they created a very friendly, home-like atmosphere. It was a privilege to stay here... More

Really great B&B situated behind the Castle. Really great rooms with no attention to detail spared. Lovely shower and superclean A really quick five minute walk uphill to the centre of Warwick with lots of local restaurants. Janet and Stuart gave us a really great breakfast and I would highly recommend it

A welcoming B&B at a more than reasonable price. Room was made available from 1pm and we were greeted by Emma who showed us to our room and brought a pot of tea with biscuits to help us settle in. The room "Anne" was in the older part of the cottage and retained many of the original features but was... More

My mum and I have just returned from a few days at Park Cottage and it was excellent. There really is a very warm, homely atmosphere to the cottage, and Janet, Stuart and Emma could n't do enough for us. They are very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips on where to go and where to eat in the... More
