Park Cottage was formerly a gate house property for the Castle and, as such, it stands right at the end of the drive to the Castle, which is just a 5 minute walk away. “Park Cottage Warwick - the Best B&B we have ever stayed at”

Nothing is to much trouble - great breakfast lots of variation - large rooms very clean - lots of little extras in the room -brilliant location - easy to find - a short walk to the Town Centre and Castle - a fabulous stay - Thanks Janet and Stuart.

What a wonderful little gem***** a really warm welcome, from first meeting the owners Janet and Stuart we were made to feel completely at home..Grrreat breakfast..idealic accomodation..brilliant advice on where to eat out...OH! mustn't forget our little friend 'Catherine'..the teddie. All in all an absolutely superb,immaculate b&b and truely super hosts.

I stayed at the Park Cottage for business and it was my favorite stay of all time. I travel all over the world and this was the best experience I have ever had. The owners of this establishment are like family to me. You feel like royalty when you stay at the Park Cottage....

Warm welcome by Janet, cosy Frances room with garden, excellent breakfast and great tips for going for dinner in the area. Lovely decoration and garden. Teddies and other nice attentions all over to make you feel at home.

Wonderful experience. The best B&B we have stayed in for an amazing all round experience. So what makes it special - here you go..........off street parking with a perfect location for the castle. The rooms are lovely and clean with special touches like chocolates on the pillow, lovely soft sheets and even the tea made for us on our arrival... More
