We stayed here for one night on Halloween and our room was one of the ones outside (i.e. not in the main building). The good bits: The room and ensuite was tastefully decorated, clean and well presented. The bar and breakfast staff were friendly and chatty. The pub serves some wonderful real ales and is a member of CAMRA. Breakfast... more

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend break in September. We had one of the courtyard rooms and were delighted. We originally wanted to stay in a neighbouring hotel which was fully booked and were offered accommodation here, however we are very glad that we did as we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were really helpful, the accommodation... more

Just got back from 2 night stay - booked on internet. Very clean, friendly hotel which was in great location as we visited Warwick castle & the racecourse (within 200yds of the hotel). We stayed in the main building, the double room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Superb tasty English breakfast, the waitress was very efficient as she was serving... more

We'd had a good couple of nights at 'Agincourt Lodge', and wanted to stay an extra night in the area. Unfortunately A.L. was fully booked, so the Tourist Info Office found us this booking. The building is old with small windows, so the room could have been dark, but it had been freshly and tastefully decorated, and had good artificial... more

A group of nine of us stayed at this hotel for two nights in April. The hotel is well located and was perfectly adequate for our needs. What makes the hotel special is the friendly atmostphere and staff who are extemely obliging and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. A great breakfast sent us... more

Booked four rooms for two nights to attend our son's wedding in Warwick. Probably a little overpriced but have no complaints. The staff were extremely courteous and obliging. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent (as were the staff). Very accommodating when two of our party were late for breakfast on the second day. Excellent real ales available in... more

We found this hotel to be very overpriced for what you got - we paid £85 for 1 night. The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so wasn't overly comfortable. The shower was also a masssive disappointment as we had problems getting hot water and the pressure was very poor. There was a very small portable television which... more

We found the hotel on the Internet and from the pictures is looked like just what we were looking for. We arrived early and the receptionist was very helpful, letting us park before check in. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the castle and town and going for a nice Sunday lunch the following day. We would... more

Perfectly acceptable hotel. We stayed for the one night as we went to the banquet at the castle. Our room was in the courtyard, the bathroom was getting a little mouldy, but nothing that would stop you going in. It wasn't flash, nothing spectacular, just comfortable and functional for our purposes. The hostess we encountered was very accomodating. more

We stayed at the Hotel July27th 2008. We had a double room in the courtyard. Good size room spotlessly clean. Made to feel very welcome by the host. Breakfast next morning excellent. We would certainly stay here again. more
