We stayed one night here as we were spending the evening in Warwick. We checked in and the staff were really friendly, the stairs and corridor are quite dated but I thought it was charming rather than off putting. We stayed in room 8 at the top of the hotel and the room was lovely - 4 poster bed and... More

On Arrival the staff were very friendly and polite. Showed us to our room - room 1. The stairs and landing leading to the room need some tlc but I guess there is a lot of traffic. On entering our room I first thought "nice they have left the window open", then the smell of mold hit me and I... More

Lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food inexpensive and good quality, we ate both nights. Breakfast was also good. From The Hotel itself, the castle is a leisurely 10 minute walk through the town centre. The rooms are clean and tidy if a bit basic. The bed was big and comfortable. There are tea and coffee making... More

We stayed here as a treat for my boyfriends birthday.I wanted something different than the big chain hotels we're used to.The staff were very friendly and the food was gorgeous. We ate both nights in the inn and the meals were value for money and really tasty.Close to train station and the castle. We would certainly stay here again.

this hotel is in a prime location, by a canal, and with pleasant walks around it. The food is homely and tasty. It is not expensive, the rooms are rather small. Some of the staff are inexperienced, but very helpful.

We were visiting Warwick for a concert in the castle grounds. Had we known how much we would enjoy our stay we would have booked for longer. The Inn is well situated to get to from the train station and only a short walk from the town centre and the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we... More

Carpets worn, banisters shaky, steep stairs, rotten windows that dont open, very low lights so you can't see the dirt, noisy traffic.Cost us £74 for nothing as we walked out without staying.Nobody there except one lady at the bar who was pleasant enough. She did'nt seem surprised that we walked out. Doubt if she would stay there herself!

Stayed at this family run hotel late May, 2014. The atmosphere is warm and cosy. Lovely big room, clean and good value for money. Lovely generous breakfast meals. Great team who were happy to assist in directions, places to see and local information. Our only ask, please invest in a decent mattress. Its the little things that matter. Would definitely... More

Rooms -Booked a regular room, was given a big double 4-poster (Thumbs up!). The Bathroom was a strange size (massive), and the hot water took a while to come through, but it was all part of the "Middle-of-England Inn" experience. Wasn't a negative by any means. Staff -I dropped my car keys during my stay. The staff were really helpful,... More

I stayed here with two friends and it was a lovely apartment, well decorated and with everything we needed. Needed a bit of TLC in terms of the bath screen (dirty/mouldy!) but generally ok. It did feel like we were staying in someone's flat as opposed to a hotel though, with a bit of a smelly communal entrance. Would advise... More
