Booked a weekend after a very busy month at work. Typical Hilton Hotel situated out of town. The place was busy with Christmas parties - some very hung over people at breakfast.

The overall expectation, as this is a Hilton, was not met. The staff were always polite & courteous, but service sometimes a liitle slow. Rooms are OK but not brilliant. Temperature control fine in the rooms but somewhat varied in communal areas. The leisure facilities are just about adequate. Food selection was not the best & preparation a little variable....
