Stayed for one night as part of a Skills coach break. The staff were exceptionally good; very friendly and super-quick getting two big coach parties sorted with room keys, etc. The room itself was clean and bright, as were the public areas of the hotel. Only stayed one night as husband was running the stratford marathon. The location made getting to warwick, stratford and leamington spa easy. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
