Normally not a fan of B&Bs but would definitely stay at this one again. Lovely, clean and quiet (despite being on-street at house front) room and Clare and Rob were so nice and helpful. Yummy shortbread in room and fantastic breakfast. Nice smelling soap and shampoo. Extra blankets in wardrobe.

lovely friendly welcome-very convenient location - easy parking-exceptional breakfast ( they even produced home made marmalade next day after we commented on the "bland /tasteless" stuff in the little plastic sachets) -comfortable clean rooms- could be noisy at the front if one needed to open the windows for air

Very nice comfortable B and B. The ensuite king-size double room had everything we needed. Clare and Rob were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts were a very high quality. Great for parking, and very close to the town centre. Very homely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Within easy walking distance of the theatres, town and the River with its adjacent parks and open spaces, the Avonlea is in a good location. We stayed there a few days ago and found an excellent, spotless and well equipped room. Breakfast using locally sourced food where possible was well prepared and presented. Quick one night stay at the B+B since we were only in Stratford for the one night due to going to see a show. Upon arrival the B+B is in an ideal location if you are going to the RSC Theatre, literally 5 mins walk away. The owners were both very attentive and supplied us with everything that we needed.... Very nice B&B with friendly owners. Thoughtful touches such as yummy shortbread in the room and lovely breakfasts. Has plenty of carparking spaces and is only a very short walk to the town centre. Highly recommended.

I cannot make any other comment that the owners and accommodation were brilliant, very welcoming and accommodating as I was in Stratford for the half marathon and I had breakfast early at 7am and this was no problem to Clare and Rob. We've just returned from a very enjoyable 4 night stay, we were in room No3 on the 1st floor it was very clean, quiet,warm and comfy, the small ensuite was spotless.The breakfast was lovely, really tasty, you can have a less calorie option, but who can resist.Also Clair's lovely singing voice, singing along to the radio made us smile every...
