This is one of the most lovliest of B&B's we've ever used. The hospitality is wonderful, and Elide, the owner is very helpful & attentive at all times, without being overbearing. Breakfast is a pure joy, especially sitting in the lovely dining room looking out at the beautiful garden, and far-reaching views over the countryside. Our room was quirky but... More

Lovely room, hosts and views. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day. Having the use of the sitting room and the terrace to enjoy the splendid views across the countryside was an additional bonus. If I had to make any criticism I would say that the plastic spoons on the coffee tray in the room detracted from the 5... More

Easy to park, made very welcome on arriving, shown to beautiful clean well appointed room with first rate en-suite shower room, slept well in large comfortable bed and ate a fine well cooked English breakfast of the highest quality ingredients over looking the garden, orchard and countryside stretching away to the distance. What more could you ask. Oh yes, great... More

It is worth visiting Shakespeare's View for the views from the breakfast room alone! Add to that a delicious breakfast featuring homemade bread and preserves, the most comfortable of bed, lots of fluffy white towels and a very warm welcome (with tea and cake) from a charming and helpful hostess and you have all the ingredients of a super base... We had been driving quite long distances on a round the UK trip so the two days we spent here were lovely. The room aaas smallish but very functional and the bathroom ease clean and ensuite. The breakfasts were wonderful with fresh local products (including some from the gardens) beautifully cooked and presented. We loved the home cooked bread each... More

We went one this trip on the spur of the moment and was very pleasantly surprised. The Shakespeare's View is a lovely place to spend time. Our room was comfortable with beautiful views. I booked this B&B only 12hours before staying as we needed just the above. When we arrived we were not disappointed. Add to the above the wonderful owner who was very welcoming and the log fire huge lounge delicious breakfasts the magnificent views and you have perfection on most levels.

I don’t usually write reviews, preferring for keep hidden gems a secret, but felt we had to correct the anomalies of the last review. Shakespeare’s View is simply a lovely B&B, Perfectly situated between Warwick and Stratford, in a peaceful location with stunning views. We stayed in the double room with a large private bathroom, which was no problem as... More

The best thing about this place is the view over the orchard of plum trees. Our room was pleasant enough but not sure its a good idea to have religious pictures on the wall! There is a sitting room for guests use which is large and comfy, but we felt a bit awkward using it because it really did make... More

We spent our last night in the UK at Shakespeare's View and couldn't have finished on a better note. The room was big as was the king size bed. This bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in during our 7 week trip. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was good with the usual array... More
