Had a weekend at the Mary Arden inn in the Romeo and Juliet suite, the room was lovely cosy and clean, the evening meal was as tasty as the menu looked and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly, strongly advise to anybody looking for a nice relaxing stay.

We have stayed here numerous times and have always been made extremely welcome. The staff are lovely and friendly, the breakfast is freshly cooked and plentiful. The menu for lunch and evening meals is very good and the food is cooked and presented very well and everything we have eaten has been top quality. The rooms are clean comfortable and... More

Had a wonderful weekend for our anniversary in this lovely quaint inn. Wilmcote is a lovely rural village steeped in history & this pub is a little gem. The four poster room we stayed in was very luxurious, spotlessly clean & the bed so comfy! The food was excellent, the bar has a lovely atmosphere with a roaring open fire,... More

I booked this Hotel (Luxury Room) via Booking.com with my credit card and was provided with a "Guaranteed" booking confirmation . My wife and I arrived at the Inn in the picturesque village of Wilmcote at 8pm after Ladies Day at the Cheltenham Festival to be told they had no knowledge of our booking as Booking.com had not informed them...... Wished I took notice of the bad reviews. Do not choose this hotel. After travelling over 70 miles we arrived to be shown to our room. Nice room we had stayed about 5 years ago and booked same room. Unfortunetly no lights working in main room or bathroom. Eventually got lights on in main room but not in windowless bathroom... More

Comfortable and warm. Bar man very helpful in organising a takeaway as chef not available to do evening meal. Reasonable price for a lovely room with four poster bed. Would visit area and pub again but probably in summer months.

Booked for one night at this place. The room was cozy but lack of amenities. Staff was pleasant and dinner was good. Although wifi was offered free in public place, it was not working. The best thing at this place was its full breakfast. Overall, a lovely stay in this beautiful part of the country.

We enjoyed our stay - the room was charming and the food was very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We forgot our coats and had to arrange to return to collect them from London. Sarah was very helpful and patient when we had to change the day we would collect them, twice!

Booked the Romeo and Juliet suite around a year ago for a weekend (fri19th-mon22nd dec 201) a treat as it was my girlfriends 21st birthday on the 22nd. It was booked as a surprised until the friday so was all very... More
