Ian, the proprietor runs a very good B&B here at Bradbourne House. Very affordable and extremely comfortable, this place has so many comforts and extras that other B&Bs miss, As well as a full and generous breakfast, all the rooms are well furnished, with many additional little touches. This is not a corporate budget hotel and the personnel touch by... More

Just returned from a long weekend break at Bradbourne House. Great place to stay and just a short stroll to the town. Ian the proprietor was very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The house and the fantastic garden are a credit to him. There is a pub across the road which is really handy for good food.... More

Great b/b, everything one wanted was there! If it was not, you only had to ASK. A Tudor house with Tudor decor, very pretty. Ian the owner is very nice with a great sense of humour and very accommodating. Our second time there and hopefully not our last. Thanks Ian. Carole "0"

Looks can be deceiving, all top show but inside the room which had not seen a duster recently, the yogurts in the breakfast room were out 3 weeks out of date , the HP sauce bottle dated October 2014, and the host wore the same shirt three days running and presumably cooked breakfast in it too. But this accommodation is... More

Bradbourne House is a well-appointed and welcoming b&b with comfortable bedrooms and attractive dining and lounge areas. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The proprietor, Ian Gregory, was unfailingly efficient and helpful through the reservation procedure. He offered sound advice on local amenities and restaurants. Despite a very late change in the number of rooms required... More

Bad weather meant I had to cancel camping plans and book a B&B at short notice. I was beginning to lose hope when I phoned bradbourne house and spoke to Ian. He was only able to offer me a double room without bathroom but instead being located next to the toilet and shower room. We had a lovely 2 days,... More

My stay at Bradbourne House actually was last July (2014), but I could not allow myself not to give any positive comments due to my postponement. I could not forget that it was really a happy and comfortable stay in Bradhourne House since I have traveled for several days in U.K and I was really exhausted. The real situation was,... More

We stayed here last weekend for a friends wedding in Stratford.. A traditional B&B with the charm you expect, it is old and chintzy , but at it's best, every room we saw had it's own colour theme, all very clean, and well kept, Ian running a one man band did an excellent job, and everything has a home .......... This is a great place to stay for being within easy walking distance of Stratford-upon-Avon's main attractions. It has free parking which is handy. The owners were friendly and didn't charge when one of the party had to cancel at short notice due to illness either.

An overnight trip to Stratford for me and my girlfriend brought me to booking this B&B. Whilst it had what we needed, the place certainly lacked in a few areas. I was greeted at half past noon that we had arrived early, even though I had agreed that I would arrive at noon when I booked the room. There was... More

Thank you for your comment, which we appreciate. As far as the toilet is concerned our plumber said it was faulty and a new one has now been installed. Glad you enjoyed the breakfast and I hope you enjoyed your visit to Stratford-upon-Avon. More
