Comfortable and hospitable bed and breakfast just 5 mins walk from the town centre. Clean rooms, hearty breakfast and friendly reception made for an excellent stay, and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Great location with free parking space, walking distance to the theatres, restaurants and shops. Literally 5-10 minute walk. Really nice B&B owner, thoughtful and friendly, made us feel relaxed and welcome. Breakfast was good, bed was tidy and towels nicely laid out, milk and coffee topped up when we returned at night. Bed was really comfortable. Like many B&Bs and... More

Lovely, very clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Very good breakfast and Jeanne was very friendly. She let us book in early and use her carpark on the day of our departure too so we could spend more time in Stratford. Convenient position for the theatre and town. I can't recommend this B&B highly enough.

Jeanne is the best host, great breakfast. lovely rooms. Felt at home with our 15 months old baby. . It wasn't easy to find a place that accepts babies so it even gives additional credit to Jeanne and her "you-can't-ask-for-more" B&B. We will defiantly be here again soon

Warm room, a quiet room, soft pillows and a very welcoming & helpful owner. Walking distance to the town. Stayed in a single room. There was free wifi and a lovely breakfast. Only downside was the shower lacked a bit of power. Will be back.

Location is perfect - just a few minutes walk along a safe, well-lit road to the river, RSC and town centre. Parking is always at a premium in Stratford, but Arden Way has spacious parking on the property for every room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, modern and immaculately clean. Beds and linen are of a superior quality and we... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in October. We had a very pleasant stay in a twin-bedded room, on the ground floor. The beds were most comfortable and the bedroom and shower room very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and the hostess, Jeanne was a delightful lady who made us feel very welcome. There was ample parking at the front of... More

We pick Arden Way as a base for traveling around the area after reading so many good comments on here, and we pleased we did. The House is nice and Jeanne is lovely, very welcoming and cant do enough for you, her full English is delicious. The house is within walking distance from town, and there are plenty of places... You will never find a cleaner, fresher B&B, nor a more accommodating hostess. Jeanne runs a first class establishment. Thanks to her invaluable advice, we enjoyed every minute of our stay in Stratford.
