This is a well run, well designed site. They even have a water taxi into Stratford, although unfortunately we didn't manage to get on it. We paid for a riverside pitch, which was £5 per night extra, we had stunning views. Would highly recommend this site.

This was a pleasant surprise, when we booked in to be lead personally to our pitch! The staff at the Park were very helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. The Toilets/ Showers were clean & well maintained . The motorhome service area was easy to access with water &,elsan point next to each other. The views from... More

On arrival first impressions good clean and tidy good size pitches lovelly setting with river avon running by. Not brilliant for fishing but it was free. Only down side is they are cutting the grass what seemed like every minute, of every day. It would have been nice to be left in peace to enjoy the setting. New clubhouse not... More

We stayed for 2 nights in our motor home which was £40, including a £4 charge for the dog. Very friendly, very peaceful site. Good toilet and shower facilities, laundry with washer, dryer and ironing board. Have a dog friendly field where you can let your dog off lead for a run. The outdoor balcony area of the bar also... My husband and our dog have just come back from a 3 night stay in one of the hobbit huts on site and can't wait to return again. Each hut sleeps either 3 or 4 and the main bed is a fold out sofa bed which is really sturdy and also surprisingly comfortable. There is lighting, electric sockets and even... More

I don't like being negative but the breakfast service in the new 'Ark' building was...slow...The first day I went in, my friend waited for 40 minutes for toast and cereal...thankfully, my coffee zoomed in within half an hour of ordering. This was in a room seemingly designed for 100+ people, and only about 20 were in. The second day I... More

Despite reading some negative comments, we decided to book anyway Siting was efficient, information given was good, apart from not knowing where to walk our dog. Discounted drinks and meals meant drinks were cheaper than we pay at home. Staff friendly, site spotlessly clean and tidy. River taxiI was nice, man gave us lots of local information. Despite being full... More

We stayed with our 2 young daughters and thoroughly enjoyed 5 days of relaxing. The loo's are clean and the staff friendly. The children's park beside the clubhouse was good for young children but could do with having some extra pieces of equipment for the over 8's. The food service was good and the food was great besides over done... More

Site is very average - entrance awkward, no shop, very few hedges to create privacy, no super-pitches, land waterlogged in places and just one toilet block so that you are constantly interrupted by the unfortunate cleaner! The river taxi to town is a novel attraction but is not cheap or practical for large groups, and the service ceases shortly after... More

Stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend. The site itself is nice, and for so many people relatively quiet (apart from one family who were sat out very late laughing and joking, but the onset of rain soon shut them up!). All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. The clubhouse was lovely but very... More
